背景技术
目前,随着经济社会的发展,反光材料的需求越来越大。反光材料之所以能够反光,主要在于绝大部分反光材料中都含有一种高折射率玻璃珠或微棱镜,正是因为它的存在,将入射光按原路反射回光源处,形成回归反射现象。 
反光材料主要用于制作各种反光标志标牌、车牌号码、安全设施等。在白天以其鲜艳的色彩起到明显的警示作用,在夜间或光线不足的情况下,其明亮的反光效果可以有效地增强人的识别能力,看清目标,引起警觉,从而避免事故发生,减少人员伤亡,降低经济损失,成为道路交通不可缺少的安全卫士,有着明显的社会效益。 
反光材料制作工序中,其中需要对连续输送的基带进行植株处理,以前是不加热直接植珠,吸附不好,膜表面线条暗点多。 
发明内容
为了克服现有反光材料制作过程中植株效果不好的缺点,本实用新型提供了一种制作反光材料的植株装置,经过先加热使胶水融化,便于珠子吸附,牢度更强。 
一种制作反光材料的植株装置,包括有连续输送的基带、工艺辊和容纳微珠的粉槽,还包括有与基带配合的加热辊,所述加热辊位于工艺辊和粉槽之间。 
进一步,所述粉槽下方设有可调的支撑装置。 
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:在基带进行植株前进行加热,使基带表面的胶水融化,然后再珠子吸附,牢度更强;粉槽可调节,便于珠子得到充分吸附,提高植株效果。
