本实用新型涉及反光材料技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种制作反光材料的植株装置。
背景技术
目前，随着经济社会的发展，反光材料的需求越来越大。反光材料之所以能够反光，主要在于绝大部分反光材料中都含有一种高折射率玻璃珠或微棱镜，正是因为它的存在，将入射光按原路反射回光源处，形成回归反射现象。
反光材料主要用于制作各种反光标志标牌、车牌号码、安全设施等。在白天以其鲜艳的色彩起到明显的警示作用，在夜间或光线不足的情况下，其明亮的反光效果可以有效地增强人的识别能力，看清目标，引起警觉，从而避免事故发生，减少人员伤亡，降低经济损失，成为道路交通不可缺少的安全卫士，有着明显的社会效益。
反光材料制作工序中，其中需要对连续输送的基带进行植株处理，以前是不加热直接植珠，吸附不好，膜表面线条暗点多。
发明内容
为了克服现有反光材料制作过程中植株效果不好的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种制作反光材料的植株装置，经过先加热使胶水融化，便于珠子吸附，牢度更强。
一种制作反光材料的植株装置，包括有连续输送的基带、工艺辊和容纳微珠的粉槽，还包括有与基带配合的加热辊，所述加热辊位于工艺辊和粉槽之间。
进一步，所述粉槽下方设有可调的支撑装置。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：在基带进行植株前进行加热，使基带表面的胶水融化，然后再珠子吸附，牢度更强；粉槽可调节，便于珠子得到充分吸附，提高植株效果。
