背景技术
目前，随着经济社会的发展，反光材料的需求越来越大。反光材料之所以能够反光，主要在于绝大部分反光材料中都含有一种高折射率玻璃珠或微棱镜，正是因为它的存在，将入射光按原路反射回光源处，形成回归反射现象。
反光材料主要用于制作各种反光标志标牌、车牌号码、安全设施等。在白天以其鲜艳的色彩起到明显的警示作用，在夜间或光线不足的情况下，其明亮的反光效果可以有效地增强人的识别能力，看清目标，引起警觉，从而避免事故发生，减少人员伤亡，降低经济损失，成为道路交通不可缺少的安全卫士，有着明显的社会效益。
反光材料制作工序中，其中需要对基带进行涂胶处理，现有容纳涂料的胶槽是平底结构，最后底部的涂料总是得不到有效输出利用，存在资源浪费的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服现有反光材料制作过程中涂料存在浪费的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种制作反光材料的胶槽装置，通过将槽体的槽底进行倾斜改进，使涂料完全输出利用，避免了资源浪费，降低了生产成本。
一种制作反光材料的胶槽装置，包括有槽体，所述槽体与涂布辊相邻布置，所述槽体的底部呈倾斜布置，槽底自远离涂布辊一端向相邻涂布辊一端向下倾斜。
