本实用新型涉及一种模切用模具,特别涉及一种汽车缓冲减振垫片模切用模具。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,汽车外形都已呈流线型,曲面顺滑连接,汽车车灯,尤其是前照车灯犹如汽车的眼睛,外观已是复杂曲面,起到了画龙点睛的作用。汽车车灯与车身的装配接合面也变成了连续的空间曲面。汽车车灯的外壳均是结构复杂的注塑件,而车身为钣金成型且也具有复杂曲面,因此汽车车灯与车身很难无缝匹配。从而导致车灯的外壳与车身组装后留有空隙,或导致密封件与车身组装后压缩过量,造成车灯注塑件开裂。由于组装空隙处没有支持,汽车行进的振动容易造成车灯故障。因此出现了缓冲减振垫片。
“十二五”规划年生产和销售汽车超千万辆,汽车车灯组装急需大量的热塑性弹性体缓冲减振垫片。热塑性弹性体缓冲减振垫片是由热塑性弹性体片材进一步加工而成,小试生产时采用剪板机裁剪外形,原材料利用率不高,产品孔位尺寸误差大,废品率高,生产效率不高,没法满足预期的大批量生产。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种能批量模切,且模切效果好的用于汽车缓冲减振垫片模切的模具。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:本实用新型具有基板、刀片和脱料衬垫;所述基板和脱料衬垫固定连接成一体;所述基板和脱料衬垫组成的整体上贯穿分布有栅格状的刀槽,刀槽内固定设有刀片。
上述基板为木工板;所述脱料衬垫的材质为泡棉;所述刀片为硬质合金刀片。
