本实用新型涉及合成革生产过程中的压花辊搬运，具体地说是一种适用于合成革行业压花辊搬运和上下的专用工具。
背景技术
在合成革生产中，压花辊主要用在合成革的后处理工序中，适用于干法坯革的凹凸花纹压制，能起到提高产品表面美感、加强防伪、保护商标等效果。生产企业根据公司和客户的要求，研制出不同花样的压花辊，并根据生产派单，在压花机上更换压花辊，此时需要人员到辊库取出指定花样的压花辊，辊库中的压花辊是有序排列在辊架的凹槽中。目前对压花辊的取放、搬运，完全靠人力抱辊操作，不仅安全系数低，存在人员砸伤的安全隐患，而且费时费力。

为了避免现有技术存在的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种压花辊搬运专用工具，以提高操作的安全性和换辊效率。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下方案：
一种压花辊搬运专用工具，包括手柄，其结构特点在于，所述手柄的端部设有半圆型凹槽。
本实用新型结构特点还在于：所述支撑部与手柄端部可拆卸螺纹连接。

如图1所示，压花辊搬运工具，前端为带半圆型凹槽3的支撑部2，后端为手柄1，支撑部2和手柄1为可拆卸固定连接或焊接，凹槽3的弧度与压花辊的外表弧度相匹配，整个凹槽3为圆滑的曲面，在合成革压花过程中，当需要更换压花辊时，利用杠杆原理，用此专用工具从移动辊架上分别撬动压花辊的两端，使之离开或放入辊架的凹槽。
