本实用新型公开了一种模拟煤矿运输大巷爆破的实验装置,其特征在于,它包括一个用于模拟井下巷道周围岩体约束条件的半圆拱形钢筒,钢筒的外壁周围间隔缠绕有用于减震的橡胶带,钢筒内浇筑有模拟不同力学性质岩石的凝固体,凝固体中钻上模拟炮孔;模拟炮孔中安装有电雷管和导爆索。本实用新型中的凝固体由取自模拟现场的岩石碎块和水泥组成,可模拟出不同力学性质巷道围岩状况,通过一系列系统的小尺寸比例模型爆破试验来模拟生产现场的全尺寸实际爆破,以获得有关爆破参数,减少爆破对断面围岩的炮震,使巷道爆破轮廓成型好。

背景技术
在运输大巷掘进爆破时,为了增加爆破效率和爆破效果,人们往往先进行爆破试验,以获得有关爆破参数。在地下采场进行大型爆破试验,耗费过大,岩石爆破后受各种因素的影响,无法得到准确的爆破参数和爆破结果的规律。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种在实验室进行煤矿运输大巷爆破模拟实验装置。
本实用新型装置的构造是:一种模拟煤矿运输大巷爆破的实验装置,它包括一个用于模拟井下巷道周围岩体约束条件的半圆拱形钢筒,钢筒的外壁周围间隔缠绕有用于减震的橡胶带,钢筒内浇筑有模拟不同力学性质岩石的凝固体,凝固体中钻上模拟炮孔;模拟炮孔中安装有电雷管和导爆索。
本实用新型的优点是:在煤矿开采中,由于主要运输大巷服务年限长,所以大都设计在岩层中,而且一般设计为半圆拱断面,本实用新型利用模拟井下巷道周围岩体约束条件的半圆拱形钢筒,在半圆拱形钢筒浇筑取自模拟现场的岩石碎块和水泥组成的凝固体,可模拟出不同力学性质巷道围岩状况,通过一系列系统的小尺寸比例模型爆破试验来模拟生产现场的全尺寸实际爆破,以获得有关爆破参数,减少爆破对断面围岩的炮震,使巷道爆破轮廓成型好。

如图1、图2所示,一种模拟煤矿运输大巷爆破的实验装置,它包括一个用于模拟井下巷道周围岩体约束条件的半圆拱形钢筒1,钢筒1的外壁周围间隔缠绕有用于减震的橡胶带2,钢筒1内浇筑有模拟不同力学性质岩石的凝固体3,凝固体中钻上模拟炮孔4;模拟炮孔中安装有电雷管5和导爆索6。
