Abstract
本实用新型公开一种可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,包括LED、散热器以及灯罩,所述散热器分为两个部分,下部分与灯具的灯头连接,上部分呈上小下大的多面棱台状,棱台的各个棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为10°≤θ≤25°,散热器上下两部分之间连通,所述各个棱面上安装至少一个LED,所述散热器的上部分罩设在灯罩内。本实用新型能够将小角度照射范围的光线扩大到球泡的大部分区域,达到全配光型的效果,且兼顾发光特性以及散热效率的要求。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,更具体的说,涉及一种可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯。
背景技术
随着LED越来越多的应用于照明领域,以LED作为光源的球泡灯也在逐步的取代传统的钨丝照明灯泡。但由于LED的特性,其发光角度是局限在一定的范围内的,因此,以LED作为光源的灯具其应用受到了很大的限制,必须配合其他的光学元器件进行重新配光,才能满足日常生活的照明需要。作为LED球泡灯,通常需要照射的角度范围越大越好,同时,照射的光线均匀性也高越好。因此,必须对LED球泡灯进行结构或者光学方面的设计,扩大其照射的角度和范围,以满足人们对照明的需要。
美国能源之星(Energy Star,简称ES)提出一种标准,对于A类灯泡(即标准白炽灯形状的灯泡),除了光通量输出、光效等基本光电性能要求外,还对发光特性有如下要求:γ0-135°内的光强变化不能超过该范围内平均光强的20%,γ135-180°内的光通量不能低于总光通量的5%。目前市场上的A类LED灯泡产品只有极少数能通过ES的标准,最主要的原因就是无法满足上述发光角的发光特性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,能够将小角度照射范围的光线扩大到球泡的大部分区域,达到全配光型的效果,且兼顾了发光特性以及散热效率的要求。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,包括LED、散热器以及灯罩,所述散热器分为两个部分,下部分与灯具的灯头连接,上部分呈上小下大的多面棱台状,棱台的各个棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为10°≤θ≤25°,散热器上下两部分之间连通,所述各个棱面上安装至少一个LED,所述散热器的上部分罩设在灯罩内。
所述棱台状为六面棱台状。
所述LED安装在棱面上靠近散热器下部分的位置。
所述各个棱面上安装四个LED。
所述棱台状棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为20度左右。
所述灯罩的顶部开孔,所述灯罩顶部与所述棱台状顶面通过一上下通透的连接件连接,所述灯罩、散热器上部分以及散热器下部分的镂空部位形成多个对流散热通道。
所述连接件为一种具有倒钩结构的按压式圆环形,连接件安装到位后倒钩结构弹出并勾住散热器上部分的顶部,起到固定灯罩的作用。
所述灯罩上涂覆扩散材料,所述扩散材料雾度95%~99%,透过率50%以上。
所述散热器的上下两部分为一体式,下部分为镂空结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案,将安装LED光源的安装面设置为多面棱台状,根据所需要的灯具发光角度的要求,设计用于安装LED的棱台体棱面数量以及棱面倾斜角的大小。为了达到全配光的要求,将棱台的各个棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角设计为10°≤θ≤25°范围内。同时,考虑到散热问题,将整个LED灯泡做成一上下通透型的结构,通过空气对流散热,提高散热效率,并且使LED在棱面上的安装位置尽量靠近棱台状下端。考虑到功率和光通量问题,设置所使用的LED的数量,同时,采用在灯罩上涂覆扩散剂以使出射的光线均匀柔和,且扩散材料雾度95%~99%,透过率50%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步详细的说明:
图1、图2所示,本实用新型一实施例的LED球泡灯,包括LED 1、散热器以及灯罩3,散热器为陶瓷材质,且分为一体式结构的两个部分,下部分21呈镂空体,上部分22呈上小下大的多面棱台状,散热器2上下两部分21、22之间连通。各个棱面上安装有四个LED 1,灯罩2罩设在散热器的上部分22上。棱台状棱面数量越多,对全配光的要求越容易达到,但灯具所需要的用来安装LED的铝基板的数量越多,使得生产工艺越复杂。本实施例在综合考虑上述因素的情况下,选用六面棱台状,且棱台的各个棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为10°≤θ≤25°。本实用新型的优选实施例中,六面棱台状的棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的倾斜角θ为20度。
经实验测试,棱台状每个棱面上的多个LED 1的安装位置对配光的影响不大,但出于散热方面的考虑,LED 1尽量靠近棱台状下端安装,以使LED产生的热量能很快通过散热体下部分21的镂空结构很快发散。
为了通过空气对流散热,灯罩3设置为顶部开孔的结构,灯罩3顶部与散热器上部分22的多面棱台状顶面之间通过一上下通透的连接件4连接起来。这样,灯罩3、散热器上部分22以及散热器下部分21的镂空部位形成多个灯具的对流散热通道。连接件4为一种具有倒钩结构的按压式圆环形,当连接件安装到位后,倒钩结构弹出并勾住散热器上部分的顶部,起到固定灯罩的作用。
供电电源5安装在灯具灯头6内设置的电源安装腔7内。
灯罩3上涂覆扩散材料,为了不影响光效以及配光,对扩散材料的性能有所要求,要求雾度95%~99%,透过率50%以上。在涂覆扩散材料时,可根据实际要求涂覆一层或多层。

Claims (9)
1.一种可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,包括LED、散热器以及灯罩,其特征在于,所述散热器分为两个部分,下部分与灯具的灯头连接,上部分呈上小下大的多面棱台状,棱台的各个棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为10°≤θ≤25°,散热器上下两部分之间连通,所述各个棱面上安装至少一个LED,所述散热器的上部分罩设在灯罩内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述棱台状为六面棱台状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述LED安装在棱面上靠近散热器下部分的位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述各个棱面上安装四个LED。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述棱台状棱面与灯具的垂直中心线的夹角为20度左右。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩的顶部开孔,所述灯罩顶部与所述棱台状顶面通过一上下通透的连接件连接,所述灯罩、散热器上部分以及散热器下部分的镂空部位形成多个对流散热通道。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述连接件为一种具有倒钩结构的按压式圆环形,连接件安装到位后倒钩结构弹出并勾住散热器上部分的顶部,起到固定灯罩的作用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩上涂覆扩散材料,所述扩散材料雾度95%~99%,透过率50%以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可实现大角度发光的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,所述散热器的上下两部分为一体式,下部分为镂空结构。
