本实用新型属于机械设备领域,特别涉及一种连铸机结晶器振动台所用的防锈蚀挡套。
背景技术
连铸机结晶器振动台挡套分为上挡套和下挡套两部分,上挡套套装在下挡套的外面,上下挡套均采用Q235B材质制作。由于长期运行在高温潮湿的环境中,因此挡套上限6个月左右,上挡套与下挡套接触面就会因锈蚀生成氧化铁皮,而且随着锈蚀的加剧,氧化铁皮会不断脱落,不仅缩短了挡套的更换周期,增加了修复和备件费用,而且使振动台的标准行程逐渐变小,并最终导致振动台出现偏振,使结晶器在X、Y、Z三个坐标方向均出现超差,造成漏钢事故的发生。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可避免上下挡套锈蚀,延长挡套使用寿命,减少费用支出,保证设备正常运转的连铸机振动台挡套。
为此,本实用新型所采取的解决方案是:
一种连铸机振动台挡套,包括上挡套和下挡套,其特征是,在上挡套内表面和下挡套外表面分别镀有防腐层。
所述防腐层为镀铬层。

由于在上、下挡套接触面增加了镀铬防腐层,避免了上、下挡套的锈蚀,从而延长了挡套的使用周期,减少了更换次数和工作量,降低了备件消耗和费用支出。同时消除了因锈蚀造成的振动台偏振和漏钢事故,提高了设备的作业率。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,下挡套2位于上框架1的下部,上挡套3套装在下挡套2的外面,下挡套2和上挡套3通过螺栓连接在上框架1上。
本实用新型连铸机振动台挡套,是在上挡套3的内表面和下挡套2的外表面上分别热镀有一层防腐镀铬层4,以防止下挡套2和上挡套3接触面的锈蚀。
