其技术方案是这样的:一种孔内台阶面跳动检测规,其包括检测规规体,所述检测规规体内设置有测量仪,所述检测规规体内设置有测量杆,所述测量杆一端连接所述测量仪,其特征在于:所述检测规规体通过过销轴活动铰接有与台阶孔配合的T形测量头,所述测量杆另一端连接所述T形测量头,所述T形测量头的一侧设置有V形槽,所述V形槽上设置有钢球。
其进一步特征在于:所述检测规规体上与所述销轴的对应一侧设置有限位销,所述T形测量头上设置有与所述限位销对应的第二V形槽。

见图1,一种孔内台阶面跳动检测规,其包括检测规规体1,检测规规体1内设置有测量仪2,检测规规体1内设置有测量杆3,测量杆3一端连接测量仪2,检测规规体1通过过销轴4活动铰接有与台阶孔配合的T形测量头5,测量杆3另一端连接T形测量头5, T形测量头5的一侧设置有V形槽6, V形槽6上设置有钢球7,检测规规体1上与销轴4的对应一侧设置有限位销8, T形测量头5上设置有限位销8对应的第二V形槽9,检测规规体1的转动,通过钢球7可以使得T形测量头5可以绕销轴4转动,从而带动测量杆3上下运动,从测量杆3对测量仪2的位置变动简单、方便、快速对孔内台阶面跳动进行检测,保证了孔内台阶的检测、加工质量,限位销8的设置T形测量头5的活动范围缩小,使得T形测量头5的转动更加灵敏。
