本实用新型涉及直边铝板,本实用新型尤其涉及用于内墙组合铝板开模冲压施工的直边铝板。
背景技术
铝板用于建筑装饰装修工程内墙装饰非常普遍,目前使用的铝板在平板折边处皆为圆滑角,不能达到设计提出的平板折边处、凸出板的棱角见棱见线的效果;组合铝板安装通常的接缝宽度为10-15mm胶缝或密缝,接缝宽度误差要求控制在1mm,当铝板安装接缝宽度为2mm暗缝时,接缝宽度允许误差要求控制在0.5mm,目前采用的铝板加工精度达不到要求,故在接缝宽度误差控制上存在一定的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种通过铝板开槽折边达到突出板的棱角处见棱见角的效果,并且能够确保工程工期、质量和装饰效果的用于内墙组合铝板开模冲压施工的直边铝板。
