背景技术
目前，国内各油田开采已到中、后期，注入水驱油工艺已在国内各油田广泛应用，注入水驱二次污染带来的一系列问题困扰油田的正常生产，由于二次污染注入水，注入地下后使岩层结垢或堵塞，严重影响油田原油采出产能，浪费能源，采用其它的防治方法，已不能适应目前油田生产需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适用于油田地面注入工程注入水二次污染综合防治装置，本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理、使用寿命长、无需维护、不产生污染、适用范围广的特点，主要对油田注入水的二次污染进行综合防治，增加油田采油产能。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置包括主管道，所述的主管道内设有滤芯，主管道外壁沿轴向上间隔固定有磁块组，磁块组为两块异性磁极相对的布置在主管道的两侧，相邻的磁块组相互垂直，磁块组外包覆有保护套。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：该油田注入水经油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置处理时，在永磁磁组的作用下使油田注入水的偶极分子发生定向极化;电子云发生变化，造成氢键的弯曲和局部折裂，使水合分子变成单个水分子的数量增多，这些自由化的水分子占液的各个空隙，从而抑制晶体形成。另一方面，在洛仑兹力的直接作用下，水合离子或带电颗粒作相反方向运动，该过程中，正负离子或带电颗粒相互碰撞形成一定数量的离子缔合体，这种离子缔合体在油田注入水中构成了大量的结晶中心，当磁化油田注入水经过油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置时，会不断地有Ca2+ ,  Mg2+，CO2- 3从水合状态中解脱出来，油田注入水中过饱和的Ca2+ ，Mg2+，CO2- 3 就会不断地结晶到悬浮在油田注入水中的结晶中心上去，因此，更自由的水分子容易形成水膜，它包围和限制了水垢晶体的生长，致使水垢结晶尺寸变小，部分呈小颗粒悬浮于水中，另一部分为沉淀物，沉淀物经过主管道内过滤滤芯截留滤除，这样达到了对油田地面注入工程注入水二次污染综合防治，防止堵塞地下岩层，增加油田原油采出产能，充分利用能源。

由图1所示，该油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置，包括主管道1，所述的主管道1采用不导磁不锈钢材料且截面为圆形，主管道1内设有滤芯5，滤芯5对注入液体进行过滤，将二次污染产生的大颗粒截留，防止堵塞地下岩层。主管道1外壁沿轴向上间隔固定有磁块组3，磁块组3为两块异性磁极相对的布置在主管道1的两侧，相邻的磁块组3相互垂直，磁块组3中的磁块形状为瓦形。磁块组3外包覆有保护套2。主管道1与保护套2两端连成一体。

1.一种油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置，包括主管道（1），其特征在于：所述的主管道（1）内设有滤芯（5），主管道（1）外壁沿轴向上间隔固定有磁块组（3），磁块组（3）为两块异性磁极相对的布置在主管道（1）的两侧，相邻的磁块组（3）相互垂直，磁块组（3）外包覆有保护套（2）。
2.如权利要求1所述的油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置，其特征在于：所述主管道（1）采用不导磁不锈钢材料且截面为圆形，主管道（1）与保护套（2）两端连成一体。
3.如权利要求1所述的油田注入水二次污染综合防治装置，其特征在于：所述的磁块组（3）中的磁块形状为瓦形。
