片剂是目前临床药物治疗中使用最广泛的剂型之一。通常情况下，药品说明书推荐的用量是常规使用的剂量，然而由于患者病情治疗需要的不同、药物剂量的个体差异、小儿和老年人等特殊病人用药剂量与成人不同等原因，市场上药厂生产的片剂规格已经不能满足临床治疗的需要。

一种抗癌中药片剂为圆形，主要由上表面、下表面、侧面、刻痕组成。
所述上表面和下表面均有三条刻痕，将整片药片分成三等分；
所述上表面和下表面的三条刻痕一一对应并且通过侧面连通；
所述上表面和下表面的三条刻痕中相邻两条刻痕之间的夹角β为120°。
调整剂量时，可用小刀、剪刀或用手直接掰分的方法沿刻痕可将整片药片分成三等分。当需要剂量为1/3片时，取三等分中的任意一等分即可；当需要剂量为2/3片时，取三等分中的任意二等分即可。
有益效果：
广大癌症患者服用药片时，特别是需要调整剂量为1/3片、2/3片，能方便快速地调整剂量，能克服由于剂量不准确导致的问题，特别适用于小儿及老年人等特殊人群。

所述上表面1和下表面5的三条刻痕2一一对应并且通过侧面4连通；
所述上表面和下表面的三条刻痕中相邻两条刻痕之间的夹角（β）3为120°。
调整剂量时，可用小刀、剪刀或用手直接掰分的方法沿刻痕可将整片药片分成三等分。当需要剂量为1/3片时，取三等分中的任意一等分即可；当需要剂量为2/3片时，取三等分中的任意二等分即可。
