背景技术
[0002] 随着照明技术的不断发展,各种灯具不断推陈出新。LED筒灯照明灯具以其节能、环保等诸多优点已经广泛应用到很多场合,但是,如何对LED筒灯进行更好的散热成为LED筒灯照明技术的难点。
[0003] 现有的LED筒灯灯具中有采用单一的散热器或者是散热器加上风扇,散热器加上风扇会增加成本,并需要额外供电;而现有单一的散热器通常采用热传导和热散失方式通过增大散热片和外部空气的接触面积来进行散热,但是,这种散热效果无法解决热源接触的局部散热高温的热岛效应,容易造成散热不良;也有采用对流散热的结构来通过空气对流进行散热的结构,但是,现有的对流散热结构的散热器是采用若干道封闭散热通道,热量需要通过散热器的外壳往外散热,热量容易聚集在封闭的散热通道内而难以迅速散热到空气中。有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能够节约成本、散热效果更好的筒灯结构。
发明内容
[0004] 本新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供一种重量轻、能降低成本、散热效果好、内外通道对流散热的筒灯。
[0005] 为达到上述目的,本新型的技术方案是:一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,包括有:电器模组、散热器、光学引擎和灯罩,电器模组包括有外接电源的LED控制电路板;
[0006] 散热器主要由一个筒腔体和由上至下间隔分布连接在筒腔体外部的若干片散热筋片组成,筒腔体的两端面开口相通形成内封闭式对流散热通道;每两间隔相邻的散热筋片之间形成开放式外对流散热通道;
[0007] 光学引擎包括有模组透镜、铝基板和若干个LED,模组透镜的中心开有用来对流散热的模组透镜通孔,铝基板的中心开有用来对流散热的铝基板通孔,铝基板装配在模组透镜的开口上后,铝基板通孔与光学透镜通孔相互对应,铝基板上的所述若干个LED分别与若干个光学透镜 对应;

[0009] 装配后,电器模组安装在散热器的顶端面上且电器模组内的LED控制电路板通过电线与光学引擎电连接;光学引擎固定连接在散热器的底端面并使得光学引擎中的模组透镜通孔和铝基板通孔与散热器中的内封闭式对流散热通道相通;光学引擎的截面小于散热器的截面使得光学引擎周边空间与散热器的开放式外对流散热通道相通;灯罩的上开口间隙套在光学引擎的外部后与散热器的底面固定连接,灯罩上开口与光学引擎之间形成外圈孔,且该外圈孔与开放式外对流散热通道的底部相通。
[0010] 所述灯罩和散热器的固定连接结构为:所述灯罩和散热器的两侧分别夹设有左连接片和右连接片,左连接片和右连接片通过下部螺丝锁紧在散热器底部的对应螺孔上,左连接片和右连接片通过上部螺丝锁紧在灯罩的对应螺孔上。

[0019] 采用上述结构后,本新型采用筒腔体形成的内封闭式对流散热通道以及若干片散热筋片之间形成开放式外对流散热通道实现内外对流散热;通过内外对流散热,可以把LED光学引擎中间部分产生的热量通过内封闭式对流散热通道由散热器的开口散到空气中,而把LED光学引擎周边部分产生的热量通过外圈孔进入开放式外对流散热直接对流到空气中,大大增加了散热的均衡性和散热效率,避免局部过热产生的热岛效应;另外,由于本新型的散热器的结构能大大减轻自身重量,节省制作散热器材料的成本,本新型将散热器直接裸露在外,这样,使得散热更为直接。由上可知,本新型具有结构新颖巧妙、重量轻、成本低、内外对流散热效果好的特点。

Claims (10)
1.一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,包括有:电器模组、散热器、光学引擎和灯罩,其特征在于: 电器模组包括有外接电源的LED控制电路板; 散热器主要由一个筒腔体和由上至下间隔分布连接在筒腔体外部的若干片散热筋片组成,筒腔体的两端面开口相通形成内封闭式对流散热通道;每两间隔相邻的散热筋片之间形成开放式外对流散热通道; 光学引擎包括有模组透镜、铝基板和若干个LED,模组透镜的中心开有用来对流散热的模组透镜通孔,铝基板的中心开有用来对流散热的铝基板通孔,铝基板装配在模组透镜的开口上后,铝基板通孔与光学透镜通孔相互对应,铝基板上的所述若干个LED分别与若干个光学透镜--对应; 灯罩呈喇叭开口形状,且灯罩的上开口内径大于光学引擎横截面外径而小于散热器横截面外径; 装配后,电器模组安装在散热器的顶端面上且电器模组内的LED控制电路板通过电线与光学引擎电连接;光学引擎固定连接在散热器的底端面并使得光学引擎中的模组透镜通孔和铝基板通孔与散热器中的内封闭式对流散热通道相通;光学引擎的截面小于散热器的截面使得光学引擎周边空间与散热器的开放式外对流散热通道相通;灯罩的上开口间隙套在光学引擎的外部后与散热器的底面固定连接,灯罩的上开口与光学引擎之间形成外圈孔,且该外圈孔与开放式外对流散热通道的底部相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩和散热器的固定连接结构为:所述灯罩和散热器的两侧分别夹设有左连接片和右连接片,左连接片和右连接片通过下部螺丝锁紧在散热器底部的对应螺孔上,左连接片和右连接片通过上部螺丝锁紧在灯罩的对应螺孔上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述左连接片上卡接有左U形扭簧,左U形扭簧的U形延伸架卡设抵压在灯罩下开口边缘;所述右连接片上卡接有右U形扭簧,右U形扭簧的U形延伸架卡设抵压在灯罩下开口边缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述模组透镜的透光外端面为平面结构,模组透镜的盒盖形内腔中一体成型有若干个光学透镜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述散热器中的若干片散热筋片均按垂直于筒腔体端面方向设置,所述若干片散热筋片的高度与所述筒腔体一致,散热筋片的两端分别与所述筒腔体的两端面平齐。
6.根据权利 要求5所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述内封闭式对流散热通道的内壁上分布有若干环形封闭散热筋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述一部分散热筋片的顶端成型有供电器模组插接的卡槽,电器模组通过该卡槽插接在散热器上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述电器模组的截面和散热器的截面均为同样大小的圆形形状。
9.根据权利要求1所述 的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述散热器与光学引擎通过长螺钉锁紧固定在一起。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外通道对流散热的筒灯,其特征在于:所述光学透镜的数目为 至少3个。
