本实用新型公开了一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,属一种管接头,包括接头管件本体,所述的接头管件本体至少一端的内侧面设有呈环形的胶圈槽与电熔区域,且所述电熔区域内分布有电热熔丝,所述电热熔丝接入接头管件本体外侧的电极柱。通过胶圈槽与电熔区域使接头管件在管材插入后,形成密封圈和电热熔两道密封,而电热熔的密封连接方式具备抗轴向位移功能,且两道密封相结合大幅提高了管材和接头管件连接的可靠性,本实用新型所提供的一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件结构简单,尤其适宜于在市政给水管网、化学品、天然气、矿井等安全性要求较高的领域中使用,且适于工业化生产,易于推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管接头,更具体的说,本实用新型主要涉及一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件。 
背景技术
目前,热塑性塑料管分为纯塑料管和塑料复合管(如PE管、PPR管、PP管、PVC管、钢丝网骨架塑料复合管、钢骨架塑料复合管、孔网钢带聚乙烯复合管、PSP管等),它们以耐腐蚀、清洁卫生、应用范围广、重量轻、使用寿命长等特点,占有市场相当大的份额。热塑性塑料管连接方式有热熔对接、电热熔较为常见,类似球墨铸铁管的柔性胶圈承插连接方法也用于塑料管和塑料复合管,此种方式利用了胶圈的密封性能、安装方便。但热熔对接连接方法只适合纯塑料管、熔接设备成本高、承受压力较低。电热熔连接方法将插入电熔管件内的两根管材端口和管件都得清除焊接区的灰尘和表面氧化层,必须保护好不被二次污染。特别对于施工椭圆度较大的大规格管道,承插难度大、管材沉重不易翻动,烦杂的施工工序工作量较大,对施工人员素质和责任心要求高,常见事故原因大多是未承插到位、焊接时塑料熔化形成的内压造成管材管件位移以及表面氧化层清除不彻底造成的隐患。而使用柔性胶圈承插连接方法抗轴向位移性能差、需在节头处设置混凝土固定台防轴向位移、固定台成本高施工复杂、承压低等缺点。并且前述连接方式中的均存在密封接口单一,承载压力低的缺陷,因此有必要针对承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件的结构做进一步的改进。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的之一在于解决上述不足,提供一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,以期望解决现有技术中管材与接头管件密封连接方式单一,管材承入接头管件的难度大、熔接成本高且工序复杂,连接后抗轴向位移性能差等技术问题。 
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
本实用新型一方面提供了一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,包括接头管件本体,所述的接头管件本体至少一端的内侧面设有呈环形的胶圈槽与电熔区域,且所述电熔区域内分布有电热熔丝,所述电热熔丝接入接头管件本体外侧的电极柱。
作为优选,进一步的技术方案是:所述的接头管件本体上对应电熔区域的外侧还设有观察孔。 
更进一步的技术方案是:所述的电热熔丝在电熔区域内呈轴向螺旋状的均匀分布。
再进一步的技术方案是:所述的管件接头为直接头、弯接头、三通接头、变径接头与法兰接头当中的任意一种。 
本实用新型另一方面提供了一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封管材,包括管材本体,所述管材本体的至少一端固定有上述的承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件接头。 
作为优选,进一步的技术方案是:所述管材本体的至少一端与承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件接头之间通过热熔或电热熔接固定。 
更进一步的技术方案是:所述的管材本体为纯塑料管或塑料复合管。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果之一是:通过胶圈槽与电熔区域使接头管件在管材插入后,形成密封圈和电热熔两道密封,而电热熔的密封连接方式具备抗轴向位移功能,且两道密封相结合大幅提高了管材和接头管件连接的可靠性,具有此类接头管件的管材可在生产时在其一端预先熔接固定接头管件,使得管材在实际使用时即可直接与另一管材承插连接即可,简化了施工工序及因管件承插不到位所带来的安全隐患,同时本实用新型所提供的一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件结构简单,尤其适宜于在市政给水管网、化学品、天然气、矿井等安全性要求较高的领域中使用,且适于工业化生产,易于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。 
参考图1所示,本实用新型的一个实施例是一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,包括接头管件本体1,接头管件本体1至少一端的内侧面设有呈环形的胶圈槽11与电熔区域12; 
再结合参考图2所示,所述电熔区域12内分布有电热熔丝2,所述电热熔丝2接入接头管件本体1外侧的电极柱13,电极柱13通电后可使电热熔丝2融化从而与管材的外侧形成密封连接并固定。并且在本实施例中,为保证密封圈4的密封性能,选用的密封圈4应当与胶圈槽11的大小相吻合。
而为使电熔区域12内分布的电热熔丝2在融化时便于观察,本实用新型用于解决技术问题,更加优选的一个实施例是在接头管件本体1上对应电熔区域12的外侧设置观察孔14。 
并且,再根据本实用新型的另一实施例,为进一步提升接头管件与管材密封连接的稳定性,根据本实用新型的另一实施例,将电热熔丝2在电熔区域12内呈轴向螺旋状的均匀分布,从而使电热熔丝2在融化时更加均匀。 
而上述实施例中的接头管件本体1,可根据实际需求,按照相同的结构制作为直接头、弯接头、三通接头、变径接头与法兰接头。 
参考图3所示,本实用新型的另一实施例是一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封管材,包括管材本体,所述管材本体3的至少一端固定有上述实施例中的承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件接头,即在此类管材生产时预先固定管件接头,而固定的方式最好采用热熔固定,且也可采用电热熔固定,以降低生产成本,并与其在施工时的固定方式保持一致。 
而上述的管材本体3为纯塑料管或塑料复合管,例如如PE管、PPR管、PP管、PVC管、钢丝网骨架塑料复合管、钢骨架塑料复合管、孔网钢带聚乙烯复合管、PSP管等。而上述实施例中的接头管件本体1采用注塑的方式加工成型,而本实用新型的承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件提高耐压等级及耐腐蚀性根据不同领域应用,可参考以下方式来实现: 
1、增加管件壁厚,如需要也可增加一个或一个以上的胶圈槽11;
2、管件内壁衬入钢制骨架来提高耐压力;
3、钢制骨架,芳纶和其它类可增强纤维包覆管件外壁;
4、钢制骨架上打分部匀均的孔,置入管件壁体内由内外塑包覆与介质隔离;
而在低压管道系统应用时也可直接采用扩口机,直接在管材一端进行扩口,从而成型胶圈槽11和电熔区域12,扩口成型后再用布线机对相应位置进行电热熔丝布线即可(或者在扩口后的端口处对接熔上电热熔成品件),即可达到与本实用新型上述实施例同样的接口效果。

1. 一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,包括接头管件本体(1),其特征在于:所述的接头管件本体(1)至少一端的内侧面设有呈环形的胶圈槽(11)与电熔区域(12),且所述电熔区域(12)内分布有电热熔丝(2),所述电热熔丝(2)接入接头管件本体(1)外侧的电极柱(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承插式胶圈电熔双密封接头管件,其特征在于:所述的接头管件本体(1)上对应电熔区域(12)的外侧还设有观察孔(14)。

5.一种承插式胶圈电熔双密封管材,包括管材本体,其特征在于:所述管材本体(3)的至少一端固定有权利要求1至4所述的承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件接头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的承插式胶圈电熔双密封管材,其特征在于:所述管材本体(3)的至少一端与承插式胶圈电熔双密封管件接头之间通过热熔或电热熔接固定。
7.根据权利要求5所述的承插式胶圈电熔双密封管材,其特征在于:所述的管材本体(3)为纯塑料管或塑料复合管。
