为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案来实现的：
一种健腹器，其中，包括纵向的滑杆、支撑杆、把手和跪座体，所述支撑杆的上端铰接于所述滑杆上端的后侧，所述把手连接于所述滑杆的上端，所述跪座体滑动连接于所述滑杆上。
作为优选，所述跪座体包括俯视时呈U形的固定座以及固定连接于所述固定座两侧的左跪座体和右跪座体，所述固定座内对应于所述滑杆前后端面的位置还分别连接有前滑轮和后滑轮，所述前滑轮和后滑轮将所述滑杆滑动套设于彼此之间。
作为优选，所述支撑杆为可伸缩长短的支撑杆。
作为优选，所述把手呈U形。
作为优选，所述滑杆和支撑杆均呈倒T形。
