本实用新型涉及中压电力方面管型母线固定结构。
背景技术
随着电力事业的发展，导体承载的电流越来越大，矩形导体导电能力已无法胜任大电流通电的要求，管型导体在发电机出口母线，电厂厂用共箱母线使用增加。而原有的管型金具设计方案按中国电力出版社2001第二版《电力金具手册》中的“管型母线金具MGG型”设计生产。但该金具原设计思路主要是用于110KV及以上配电装置中，若使用在中压母线中，外形笨重，空间占用大，成本高。底部安装孔无法直接与中压绝缘子安装，有限的空间无法保证此金具的相间安全间距。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单，占用空间小，简化安装结构，降低制造成本的管型母线固定金具。
一种管型母线固定金具，包括管型母线，管型母线的外周布置与其相匹配的上模板，所述上模板的两个端部分别与下模板连接，下模板上远离管型母线的一侧设置中压绝缘子。
上模板与下模板之间通过第一螺栓、第一垫圈、弹垫连接。
下模板与中压绝缘子之间通过第二螺栓、第二垫圈连接。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比具有如下优点：本实用新型管型母线固定金具是由上、下模板及管型母线组成的。上模板采用铸铝件，与导体接触部分弧度与导体外圆弧度一致，保证导体受力均匀。下模板圆弧中间开两沉头孔，将与绝缘子固定的螺栓沉入此处，直接将下模板固定在常规的中压绝缘子上，本实用新型可节约了金具外在安装空间，且沉头孔上为管母外壁，螺栓无法松动脱落，无需检修。管母放在下模板上，导体上模板采作5.0mm铝板通过模具校正为圆弧型与管母外径一致，通过螺栓将预制内弯的上模板与下模板固定。下模板与上模板固定孔采用内攻罗纹，简化安装方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细说明：
如图1所示，一种管型母线固定金具，包括管型母线9，管型母线9的外周布置与其相匹配的上模板8，所述上模板8的两个端部分别与下模板2连接，下模板2上远离管型母线9的一侧设置中压绝缘子1。
如图1所示，本实用新型的上模板8与下模板2之间通过第一螺栓3、第一垫圈4、弹垫5连接。
如图1所示，本实用新型的下模板2与中压绝缘子1之间通过第二螺栓6、第二垫圈7连接。
如图1所示，本实用新型的下模板2通过第二螺栓6及第二垫圈7固定在中压绝缘子1上，第二螺栓6的头部沉入孔中，不超过上表圆弧接触面。通过呈直线的两螺栓固定，使下模板2在中压绝缘子1上定位。下模板2采用铸铝铸造，保证接触面与管型母线9一致，中间开定位尺寸为40mm两台阶沉头孔，固定中压绝缘子用，左右两端各加工两M8罗纹孔，固定上下模板2用。管型母线9支承在下模板2上，接触面吻合。上模板8采用铝板模具成形，其内径与管型母线9外径一致，通过第一螺栓3、第一垫圈4、弹垫5固定在下模板2上，通过上模板8预制内弯收紧固定导体。完成该新型管型母线固定金具的装配。

1.一种管型母线固定金具，包括管型母线（9），其特征在于管型母线（9）的外周布置与其相匹配的上模板（8），所述上模板（8）的两个端部分别与下模板（2）连接，下模板（2）上远离管型母线（9）的一侧设置中压绝缘子（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管型母线固定金具，其特征在于上述上模板（8）与下模板（2）之间通过第一螺栓（3）、第一垫圈（4）、弹垫（5）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管型母线固定金具，其特征在于上述下模板（2）与中压绝缘子（1）之间通过第二螺栓（6）、第二垫圈（7）连接。
