背景技术
高压开关柜由触头盒、弯隔板和套管组成，触头盒是高压开关柜上必不可少的元件，使用触头盒后，高压开关柜内线路的安装及检修都十分方便，而触头盒的性能直接影响高压开关柜的绝缘性能和运行的安全可靠性。中国专利号ZL02265010.5公开了一种新型触头盒，包括盒体和与盒体连为一体的进线筒和出线筒，进线筒和出线筒的外侧设有散裙，盒体的外侧设有支撑板，盒体、进线筒、出线筒和支撑板均采用绝缘材料制成，支撑板两侧的边沿具有台阶形的接口。上述专利产品虽具有其优点，但也存在不足之处。其电场分布不均匀，绝缘体局放高，产品的使用寿命短。此外，绝缘性能是衡量触头盒优劣的关键技术指标之一，而上述专利产品仅靠支母排上热缩套管来加强绝缘性能，其出线筒绝缘性能差，为提高其绝缘性能，必须另行安装相间隔板，这样就增加了产品的结构复杂性，同时也提高了产品的制造成本。因此，有必要对上述专利技术方案作些改进和创新，以克服其存在的上述缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种改进型触头盒，它解决了目前触头盒技术中电场分布不均匀的技术问题，降低了绝缘体局放，延长了使用寿命；此外，其克服了现有触头盒绝缘性能差的缺点，同时方便对电缆的安装接线，又降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案：一种改进型触头盒，包括盒体、进线筒、出线口、支撑板，盒体、进线筒、出线口及支撑板一体成型，盒体、进线筒及出线口外壁均设散裙，进线筒与出线口的连接处设嵌件，支撑板两侧边沿呈形，盒体内壁固设网圈，网圈与嵌件间通过铜条连接。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。
如图1、2、3所示，触头盒包括盒体1、进线筒3、出线口4、支撑板7，盒体1、进线筒3、出线口4、支撑板7均采用环氧树脂制成，四者一体成型；盒体1、进线筒3、出线口4外壁均设散裙5。进线筒3处于盒体1的上端，出线口4处于盒体1的下方侧面，出线口4的两侧固定设置绝缘隔板2，绝缘隔板2竖向设置。支撑板7呈

形，处于盒体1的侧壁，其上板面与盒体1侧壁的接触处中部固定设置加强板，支撑板7的两侧边沿呈形且两侧切口的方向相反，上板面设有三个安装孔8。进线筒3与出线口4的连接处设嵌件9，盒体1内壁固定设置网圈8，网圈8由不锈钢制成，网圈8下方固定连接铜条10，铜条10与嵌件9固定相连，从而网圈8、铜条10及嵌件9连接形成一整体，解决了放电问题，延长了使用寿命。
