一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，为了解决密封门对中不准确、压紧力不均匀、锁紧装置结构复杂的技术问题，采用的技术方案是密封门装置包括与窑体固定连接的门座和与门座配合、中心固定有第一受力器的门盖，关键是：门盖上设有与加强环固定连接的加强肋板，加强环与第一受力器固定连接，门座的内侧设有与加强肋板配套的键槽，门盖借助加强肋板和键槽的配合与门座紧密配合。技术效果是操作方便快捷、有效防止了炉窑内部的热量向外部环境散发、并可以保证炉窑内部气体环境的相对密封、大大提高了炉窑的生产效率。

本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域，涉及到一种密封门装置，特别是一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置。
背景技术
密封门作为一种常见的炉窑密封装置，主要用于防止炉窑内部的热量向外部环境散发，并保证炉窑内气体环境的相对密封。而随着工作强度的不断提高，人们对于炉窑密封门的使用性能也提出了更高的要求。现有的炉窑密封门门座和门盖对中不准确、导致漏气，使炉窑内部环境和外部环境间产生气体交换，严重影响炉窑的正常生产。闭合状态下门座和门盖之间压紧力不均匀、使密封装置变形，就会在门座和门盖的结合面处出现缝隙，也会导致漏气。锁紧装置结构复杂而且压紧或松开时费时、费力。这些不足之处大大降低了炉窑的生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决密封门对中不准确、压紧力不均匀、锁紧装置结构复杂的技术问题，为了解决这些问题，我们设计了一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，使门座和门盖能够快速准确的对中定位，而且锁紧装置结构简单、受力均匀、压紧或松开时省时省力效率高，门盖锥面上设有两层密封条，可进行可靠密封。
本实用新型为实现发明目的所采用的具体技术方案是：一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，包括与窑体固定连接的门座和与门座配合、中心固定有第一受力器的门盖，关键是：门盖上设有与加强环固定连接的加强肋板，加强环与第一受力器固定连接，门座的内侧设有与加强肋板配套的键槽，门盖借助加强肋板和键槽的配合与门座紧密配合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：门盖与门座借助加强肋板与键槽的配合能够快速准确的对中定位。锁紧装置结构简单、操作方便快捷。门盖和门座的结合面为锥形面，在门盖的锥面上设有两层密封条，可进行可靠密封。这种装置有效防止了炉窑内部的热量向外部环境散发，并可以保证炉窑内部气体环境的相对密封，大大提高了炉窑的生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，包括与窑体固定连接的门座1和与门座1配合、中心固定有第一受力器5的门盖2，关键是：上述的门盖2上设有与加强环4固定连接的加强肋板3，加强环4与第一受力器5固定连接，门座1的内侧设有与加强肋板3配套的键槽，门盖2借助加强肋板3和键槽的配合与门座1紧密配合。
上述的密封门装置还包括设置在门座1上的锁紧装置6，门盖2借助锁紧装置6与门座1密封锁紧。
上述门座1和门盖2的结合面为锥形面，在门盖2的锥形面上设有密封槽，内嵌硅橡胶密封条。
上述加强肋板3的形状为十字形。
本实用新型在具体实施时：门盖2上设有与第一受力器5固定连接的加强环4、及与加强环4固定连接的加强肋板3，门座1内侧设有与加强肋板3配套的键槽。先将门座1与窑体固定连接，并将锁紧装置6安装到门座1上，包括十字连接器和第二受力器，然后将门盖2和门座1连接。门盖2和门座1借助加强肋板3与键槽的配合能够快速准确的进行对中定位。并借助十字连接器和第二受力器的配合实现锁紧密封。门座1和门盖2的结合面为锥形面，锥形面上设有两道密封槽，内嵌耐高温硅橡胶密封条，可进行可靠密封。有效防止了炉窑内部的热量向外部环境散发，并可以保证炉窑内部气体环境的相对密封，大大提高了炉窑的生产效率。

1.一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，包括与窑体固定连接的门座(1)和与门座(1)配合、中心固定有第一受力器(5)的门盖(2)，其特征在于：所述的门盖(2)上设有与加强环(4)固定连接的加强肋板(3)，加强环(4)与第一受力器(5)固定连接，门座(1)的内侧设有与加强肋板(3)配套的键槽，门盖(2)借助加强肋板(3)和键槽的配合与门座(1)紧密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，其特征在于：所述的密封门装置还包括设置在门座(1)上的锁紧装置(6)，门盖(2)借助锁紧装置(6)与门座(1)密封锁紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业炉窑的密封门装置，其特征在于：所述门座(1)和门盖(2)的结合面为锥形面，在门盖(2)的锥形面上设有密封槽，内嵌硅橡胶密封条。
