背景技术
目前高温潜水电机大多采用电力线交联聚乙烯做绝缘使用,因电力线架在空中绝缘厚度、导体电流密度不受限制,但是应用在高温潜水电机中,绝缘层减小,导体电流密度增大,介质是高温水,一系列问题将出现,如极易击穿损坏绝缘,潜水电机使用寿命极短。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可有效提高高温潜水电泵的使用寿命的改性交联聚乙烯绝缘耐高温膜包耐水绕组线。 
本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种聚乙烯绝缘耐高温膜包耐水绕组线,其包括铜导线、包置在铜导线外的高温隔离膜以及包置在高温隔离膜外的聚乙烯层。
本实用新型的积极效果如下: 
本实用新型专用高纯洁度的耐高温交联聚乙烯即在铜导线外层绕耐高温隔离膜,作用是防止高温铜分子扩散,减缓高温向绝缘层扩散,有效提高高温潜水电泵的使用寿命。
本实用新型通过对交联聚乙烯的增温防老化改性和对铜导线的耐高温的隔离层处理,使得耐高温潜水电泵的绕组线绝缘性能得到保证,从而使耐高温潜水电泵的使用寿命得以延长。
