技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线。
背景技术
潜水电机为各种类型的潜水泵配套,与泵构成一体,长期潜入各种水质的污水中运行恶劣的工作环境,决定了其密封结构及线圈用的绕组线与常规电机具有较大的不同,绕组线要求具有优异的耐水性。目前潜水电机用绕组线有两种,一种为普通的聚氯乙烯绝缘绕组线,该绕组线绝缘电阻率远低于1.0X1015Ω.cm,难易推广使用;另一种为铜芯聚酯漆包聚乙烯绝缘尼龙护套绕组线,这种绕组线结构复杂,生产工序多,材料消耗高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,绝缘电阻高的潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线。
本实用新型采用了下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线,由线芯及绝缘层构成,绝缘层包覆于线芯外表面,所述线芯为单根实心铜导体,所述绝缘层为20℃绝缘体积电阻率达到1.0X1015Ω.cm以上的改性PVC绝缘料挤包层。
进一步的,绝缘层的厚度根据线芯直径的大小范围为:0.35~1.17mm,线芯直径范围为:0.70~4.20mm。
所述绝缘层由改性的高电阻PVC聚烯烃绝缘料挤制而成。改性的高电阻PVC聚烯烃绝缘料可以为GXJ-70PVC绝缘料(江苏三角洲塑化有限公司)。所述改性的高电阻PVC绝缘料20℃绝缘体积电阻率达到1.0X1015Ω.cm以上。
本实用新型的潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线相比常规绕组线,绝缘层采用了改性的高电阻PVC绝缘料挤包层,20℃绝缘体积电阻率达到了1.0X1015Ω.cm,满足了浸水24h后,4kV电压1min不击穿的耐压要求,可以长期使用在水下。
本实用新型的潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线,结构简单,生产工序少,绝缘电阻高,满足长期在水下使用的要求,可广泛应用于各类潜水电机。

具体实施方式
如图1所示潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线,由线芯1及绝缘层2构成,绝缘层2包覆于线芯1外表面,线芯1为单根实心铜导体,绝缘层2为20℃绝缘体积电阻率达到1.0X1015Ω.cm的改性PVC聚烯烃绝缘料(GXJ-70PVC绝缘料)挤包层。
进一步的,绝缘层2的厚度根据线芯直径的大小范围为:0.35~1.17mm,与线芯1直径范围为:0.70~4.20mm。

1.一种潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线,由线芯及绝缘层构成,绝缘层包覆于线芯外表面,其特征在于,所述线芯为单根实心铜导体,所述绝缘层为20℃绝缘体积电阻率达到1.0X1015Ω.cm以上的改性PVC绝缘料挤包层。
2.如权利要求1所述潜水电机用PVC绝缘耐水型绕组线,其特征在于,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.35~1.17mm,线芯直径为0.70~4.20mm。
