背景技术
传统的空气冷却器的换热器普遍采用干管束,直接进行空气冷却,无法将温度冷却至当地大气的干球温度,部分低凝点物质无法进行一次冷凝,冷却效果较差。因此现有一些空气冷却器也采用湿管束,在湿管束的上方布置喷淋管路,通过喷淋管路喷嘴喷出的水雾,将湿管束内的介质再一次进行冷凝。可是现有的喷淋管路普遍存在喷淋雾化效果较低,浪费水资源的缺陷。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种喷淋雾化效果较好、节约水资源的高效喷淋管路。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种高效喷淋管路,它包括喷淋管,所述喷淋管的长度为8~10m,所述喷淋管的底部均匀布置有8~9个喷嘴,所述喷淋管由碳钢管制成,所述喷嘴为聚四氟乙烯材料,所述喷嘴底部的开口的开度为120°~130°。
