     本实用新型涉及一种改进的拉幅定型机。
背景技术
塑料薄膜在生产的过程中，需要用到拉幅定型机对塑料薄膜的幅宽逐渐拉幅至规定的尺寸，并进行烘干定型。但是在进行烘干定型时塑料薄膜的细小颗粒或者是杂质会滞留在烟道内壁上，使的工作人员无法及时的发现，当烟道内部温度升高时，极容易引起火灾，存在很大的安全隐患。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理、安全性高的改进的拉幅定型机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：改进的拉幅定型机，包括机架、加热箱体、拉幅辊、固定拉幅辊的拉幅辊座以及丝杆，所述拉幅辊座的框边上插套有螺杆，所述丝杆通过链轮与电机连接，所述加热箱体的上部设有烟道，所述烟道内部设有温度传感器，所述烟道内部还设有自动控制阀门，所述温度传感器和自动控制阀门均与控制器连接，所述控制器还有报警器和报警灯连接。
本实用新型改进的拉幅定型机，在烟道内部设置温度传感器和自动控制阀门，当烟道内部的温度超过温度传感器设定的最高值时，控制器就会控制自动控制阀门使其关闭，阻断空气的进入通道，避免发生火灾，同时控制器控制报警器和报警灯，提醒工作人员注意烟道内部的状况。

本实用新型改进的拉幅定型机，在烟道9内部设置温度传感器10和自动控制阀门11，当烟道内部的温度超过温度传感器10设定的最高值时，控制器12就会控制自动控制阀门11使其关闭，阻断空气的进入通道，避免发生火灾，同时控制器12控制报警器13和报警灯14，提醒工作人员注意烟道内部的状况。
