Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种车用电池包散热系统,在电池包盖板上开设气流分流板,所述气流分流板连接了气流引入机械,在电池模组的下部设置底座风道板,在电池模组夹板上设有导流槽。本实用新型的散热系统设计,冷却剂风流通过气流分流板分为左右两个方向流动,减小了风道长度,降低了风压和流速偏差,从而降低了电池模块的温差,最终减小电池包整体温差,提高电池包性能及寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种电池包内部系统部分,特别涉及一种车用电池包散热系统。
背景技术
传统的电池包散热系统都是从同一端进出风或一端进风另一端出风的散热方式,这样的散热方式由于电池模块多,风道过长,风道内的风压、流速偏差过大,电池模块的散热跟风压和流速关系很大,不利于电池模块的散热,最终直接影响到电池模组的均匀散热,影响电池包的性能及寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可有效解决电池体散热问题并进而解决电池包整体散热问题的车用电池包散热系统。
本实用新型通过以下方案实现:
一种车用电池包散热系统,在电池包盖板上开设气流分流板,气流分流板连接了气流引入机械,一般采用为可鼓风的机械,在电池模组的下部设置底座风道板,在电池模组夹板上设有导流槽。
为进一步提升电池包的整体散热能力,电池模组夹板上设有的导流槽为漏斗状。
与现有的电池包散热系统设计比较,本实用新型的散热系统设计,将引入的冷却剂——风流通过气流分流板分为左右两个方向流动,减小了风道长度,降低了风压和流速偏差,提高风压和流速的均匀性,从而降低了电池模块的温差。同时将电池组夹板上设有的导流槽设计为漏斗状,使得风流流速越来越强,热换能力更强,将环境气流快速传递到下面各层,平衡各层电池进风温度,从而减小电池包整体温差,提高电池包性能及寿命。

实施例只是为了说明本实用新型的一种实现方式,不作为对本实用新型保护范围的限制性说明。
实施例1
一种车用电池包散热系统,如图1所示,鼓风机1、导风管2、盖板3、气流分流板4、电池模组5、电池模组夹板6、安装支架7、出风管8,取其中一个电池模组截面图,如图2所示,散热系统还包括了在电池模组夹板上设有的漏斗状导流槽9。
应用时从乘员仓引入气流,通过鼓风机1进入盖板3上的气流分流板4,将风分为左右方向进入电池包内由电池模组5与盖板3形成的主风道,如图1上箭头所示为散热气流流动方向,然后经过电池模组夹板6上设有的导流槽9给电池模块散热,如图2所示为导流槽内散热气流流动方向。所有的气流通过电池包两端的出风管8流出。

1.一种车用电池包散热系统,其特征在于:在电池包盖板上开设气流分流板,所述气流分流板连接了气流引入机械,在电池模组的下部设置底座风道板,在电池模组夹板上设有导流槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的车用电池包散热系统,其特征在于:所述导流槽为漏斗状。
