Abstract

背景技术
光伏项目中使用汇流箱，汇流箱就是汇集电流的一种设备，主要是用在大中型光伏系统中。光伏阵列中组件串连数量多，输出多，必须用汇流箱把这些输出集中起来，使之可以直接连在逆变器上。现有的汇流箱都是贴挂在墙面上的，遇到屋顶光伏组件，汇流箱没办法固定。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于在于提供一种结构简单、重量轻、安装方便，可以在屋顶固定的汇流箱安装支架。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：汇流箱安装支架，主要由底座、立架和斜支撑构成，所述底座为立体式框架结构，立架矗立于底座上方的中间位置，斜支撑位于立架的一侧，所述底座、立架和斜支撑由铝型材和连接件组装成一体。 
所述连接件为L型连接件和长条形连接件；所述底座的底部有安装板。 
本实用新型结构简单，主要构件为铝型材，制作组装方便、重量轻，尺寸大小可根据需要灵活调整，放置汇流箱稳固可靠，适合于建筑物顶部，特别是瓦楞屋面安装使用。

参见附图，底座1为立体式框架结构，立架2矗立于底座的上边框上，处于中间位置，斜支撑3位于立架的一侧，主要构件为带凹槽的铝型材，由L型连接件4、长条形连接件5和螺钉组装成一体，底座底部有安装板。
