本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池组件,尤其是一种折叠式的太阳能电池组件。 
背景技术
随着太阳能光伏产业的发展,太阳能发电的应用越来越广泛,要用太阳能发电就离不开太阳能电池组件。太阳能电池组件主要由层压件、铝合金边框和接线盒组成。这种太阳能组件在使用时,需要固定在专门的支架上,然后再将支架固定安装在地面、灯杆或其他需要使用的地方,特别是有些支架倾斜角度是固定的无法调整,这些都给太阳能电池组件安装使用带来一定不便。 
发明内容
为了克服现有太阳能电池组件的上述不足, 本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、方便移动、易于互连、角度可调的折叠式太阳能电池组件。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述折叠式太阳能电池组件包括层压件、铝合金边框和接线盒,在铝合金边框的上侧安装提手,在铝合金边框的左、右边框的内侧安装可旋转的旋转支架,在铝合金边框的左、右边框的外侧安装搭扣。 
所述旋转支架经过旋转可与太阳能电池组件合页便于运输,也可以旋转成一定角度,以适应不同安装位置的需要。所述提手、旋转支架、搭扣的材质和外形可根据需要合理选择。当需要构成太阳能电池组件阵列时可加装搭扣,便于太阳能电池组件之间的连接;当不需要构成太阳能电池组件阵列或单块的组件独立供电时则可选择不装搭扣。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:具有提手,方便移动;可安装搭扣,易于互连;结构简单,省去了专用支架;合页折叠结构,便于调整角度。 
本实用新型适用于风力不大地区地面安装或屋顶安装的太阳能电站。

参照图1,本实用新型折叠式太阳能电池组件包括层压件(1)、铝合金边框(2)和接线盒(3),在铝合金边框(2)的上侧安装提手(5),在铝合金边框(2)的左、右边框的内侧安装可旋转的旋转支架(4),在铝合金边框(2)的左、右边框的外侧可安装搭扣(6)。图中,右侧搭扣未画出。左、右两侧搭扣为一对,便于组件和组件之间的固定连接,适合组成太阳能电池组件阵列。当需要构成太阳能电池组件阵列时可加装搭扣,便于太阳能电池组件之间的连接;当不需要构成太阳能电池组件阵列或单块的组件独立供电时则可选择不装搭扣。加装所述提手(5)后,易于搬动。所述旋转支架(4)经过旋转可与太阳能电池组件合页便于运输,也可以旋转成一定角度,以适应不同安装位置的需要。所述提手、旋转支架、搭扣的材质和外形可根据需要合理选择。
