背景技术
 目前，兽药生产企业通常利用流化床干燥装置对特殊药物、中药提取物进行干燥处理，处理时先把物料在阴凉处干燥成固体，粉碎后才能用流化床干燥设备，这样增加了生产周期，增加了生产成本。目前急需对流化床装置进行改进，扩大进料器物料水分含量范围，节约物料从流体干燥到固体分散体时间，节约生产成本。现有的流化床干燥装置是由排气孔、进料器、筛板、干料出口、热风进口等组成，没有雾化器装置。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于对现有流化床干燥装置进行改进，增加雾化器装置，以克服生产周期长，生产成本高等不足。
为实现本实用新型目的，本实用新型流化床装置包括排气孔、进料器、筛板、干料出口、热风进口等，其改进是：在原来进料器进口处安装雾化器，利用压缩空气使含水分的的药物呈粉状或雾状进入干燥箱内，从而扩大进料器物料水分含量范围，节约物料从流体干燥到固体分散体时间，节约生产成本。
本实用新型的有益效果是：扩大了进料器物料水分含量范围，节约了物料从流体干燥到固体分散体时间，节约了生产成本，有利于工业化生产。

结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。本实用新型中药提取物流化床干燥装置包括1、排气孔，2、进料器，3、干料出口，4、筛板，5、热风进口。在进料器2进口处安装一个雾化器6，雾化器6的出口与进料器2进口相连接，利用压缩空气使含水分的的药物呈粉状或雾状进入干燥箱内。很有效地提高了成品率，减少药液浪费，减少了对环境污染。
