技术领域
本实用新型涉及风机导风筒,尤其涉及一种直接空冷火力发电机组用大型空冷风机动压回收型导风筒。 
背景技术
空冷风机在直接空冷发电厂中成组运行,一般二台600MW机组需要112台空冷风机,单台风机功率超过100 kW。通常风机出风口的动压占全压的比例在30%左右,因风机导风筒出口直接敞口于大气中,而现有导风筒不具备将出风口动压回收的功能,因此这部分动压将全部浪费,造成风机能耗的大量增加,直接增加电厂的运行成本。 
因此,急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大型空冷风机动压回收型导风筒。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
大型空冷风机动压回收型导风筒,其特征在于:包括多片风筒,所述风筒之间通过螺栓组装而成,所述风筒内壁由弧形入口段、直段和扩压段组成,所述风筒外壁设置有加强筋。
所述风筒的数量为8-12片。 
所述扩压段单边扩散角范围为10-15°。 
所述风筒由玻璃钢制作而成。 
所述风筒内径为8-15m。 
本实用新型的优点是:风筒出风口动压部分回收转化成静压,从而减小风机能耗,有利于降低电厂运行成本。

如图1和2所示,本实用新型的大型空冷风机动压回收型导风筒,包括多片风筒1,所述风筒1之间通过螺栓2组装而成,所述风筒1内壁由弧形入口段3、直段4和扩压段5组成,所述风筒1外壁设置有加强筋6,所述风筒1的数量为十片,所述扩压段单边扩散角7为12°,所述风筒1由玻璃钢制作而成,所述风筒1内径为10m,风筒1出风口动压部分回收转化成静压,从而减小风机能耗,有利于降低电厂运行成本。 
弧形入口段3起到降低入口空气阻力的作用;直段4对应风机叶片叶尖旋转部位,以控制叶间间隙在合适范围内;扩压段5单边扩散角为10~15度,其作用是将风机出风口动压部分回复转化为静压。
