Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮。其为涡扇式多叶片结构,包括有若干轮圈、若干支撑杆、若干叶片、风轮轴和轴部套筒组成,轮圈与轮圈之间由若干排列均匀的支撑杆连接,叶片挂接在支撑杆上,最内层轮圈通过支撑杆与轴部套筒连接,最外层轮圈设有传动带带槽。优点在于:用于风能采集效率高,通过传动带直接驱动特小直径发电机,这样可极大的提高发电机的转速,极大的降低了发电机的重量,降低了发电机的成本,也省去了增速齿轮箱。风能功率主要集中在风轮的边缘,从边缘直接输出功率可极大的降低风轮的结构强度,减轻风轮的重量,降低风轮成本。由于风轮为涡扇式多叶片结构极限转速不高,降低了风电机组的造价。

本实用新型涉及一种风力发电设备,尤其涉及一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮。
背景技术:
目前,流行的风力发电机组都是三叶采风,一种是借助于齿轮箱增速的风力发电机组,另一种是无齿轮箱直驱多极永磁大直径电机的风力发电机组。这两种风力发电机组都有相应的缺点:三叶风轮风能采集效率低,同时目前的三叶风力发电机组适应风速动态范围小,风大时不能充分利用风能发电。由于三叶风轮在风速高的情况下必须通过带载、变桨距和完善的刹车装置限速运行,否则会形成高转速的飞车,造成风电机组的损毁。而且变桨距和刹车装置增加了风力发电机组的成本。由于发电机转子和定子之间需要一定的线切割速度才能产生电流,因此风轮和发电机之间通过齿轮箱增速或者是增大发电机的直径来求得线切割速度,无论是齿轮箱增速还是增大发电机的直径都会极大的增加风力发电机组的成本。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多叶片风轮采集风能、效率高、适应风速的动态范围大,能充分利用风能,风大时发电量大,风小时发电量小的一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮。
本实用新型的目的由如下技术方案:一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮为涡扇式多叶片结构,包括有若干轮圈、若干支撑杆、若干叶片、风轮轴和轴部套筒组成,轮圈与轮圈之间由若干排列均匀的支撑杆连接,所述叶片挂接在所述支撑杆上,最内层轮圈通过支撑杆与轴部套筒连接,最外层轮圈设有传动带带槽。
风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮,所述叶片为翼型叶片,分段组合式结构。
本实用新型的优点在于:(1)涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮用于风能采集,它与传统的三叶片螺旋桨式风能采集装置相比,具有风能采集效率高的优势。(2)轻型风轮采集的风能功率,从风轮外边缘通过柔软的传动带输送给发电机。它与传统的从风轮中心输出功率相比具有以下优点:a:特大直径风轮,通过传动带直接驱动特小直径发电机,这样可极大的提高发电机的转速,极大的降低了发电机的重量,降低了发电机的成本,也省去了增速齿轮箱。b:风能功率主要集中在风轮的边缘,从边缘直接输出功率可极大的降低风轮的结构强度,减轻风轮的重量,降低风轮成本。(3)由于风轮为涡扇式多叶片结构极限转速不高,降低了风电机组的造价。

如图1、图2所示:一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮,其为涡扇式多叶片结构,包括有若干轮圈1、若干支撑杆2、若干叶片3、风轮轴4和轴部套筒5组成,轮圈1与轮圈1之间由若干排列均匀的支撑杆2连接,叶片3挂接在支撑杆4上,最内层轮圈1通过支撑杆2与轴部套筒5连接,最外层轮圈1设有传动带带槽6。叶片3为翼型叶片,分段制造,现场组合安装。风轮的叶片采用高分子轻型材料,重量轻、成本低。

1.一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮,特征在于,其为涡扇式多叶片结构,包括有若干轮圈(1)、若干支撑杆(2)、若干叶片(3)、风轮轴(4)和轴部套筒(5)组成,轮圈(1)与轮圈(1)之间由若干排列均匀的支撑杆(2)连接,所述叶片(3)挂接在所述支撑杆(2)上,最内层轮圈(1)通过支撑杆(2)与轴部套筒(5)连接,最外层轮圈(1)设有传动带带槽(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电机组带传动涡扇式多叶片轻型风轮,特征在于,所述叶片为翼型叶片,分段组合式结构。
