本实用新型涉及一种垂直轴风力发电机桨叶形线,尤其是S型垂直轴风力发电机桨叶的叶型。 
背景技术:
在对新能源的利用中,风力发电机是具有优势的方式。城市化的风力发电机需求中,垂直轴S型风力发电机具有安全、安静、启动风速低、抗湍流能力强、无需调向等优点,本实用新型针对以上特点对S型风力发电机的桨叶强度、噪音、安全、发电性能等多方面进行优化,得出本发明S型风力发电机桨叶的最优曲面叶型。 
发明内容:
一种垂直轴风力发电机桨叶的叶型,具有三个叶瓣,三个叶瓣为相间120度的圆周阵列,其特征在于叶腹弧线(3)内切于叶背弧线(2),同时外切于内切圆(4)及顺序叶瓣的叶背弧线,叶腹弧线(3)与叶背弧线(2)的直径比例关系为1633∶2000;叶背弧线(2)与回转圆(1)的直径比例关系为1∶2;内切圆(4)与回转圆(1)的比例关系为1691∶10000;叶尖弧线(6)与回转圆(1)的直径比例关系为1∶200;三个叶瓣由上至下为扭转120度,俯视扭转方向为旋转方向的反向120度,即俯视同一叶瓣的下底面向旋转方向超前于上顶面120度。 
本发明是这样实现的: 
具有A、B、C三个叶瓣的整体S型风力发电机桨叶,通过模具型腔,采用发泡材料一次灌注成型。俯视角度上看桨叶整体呈现与旋转方向相反的120度扭转。每个叶瓣呈现内凹(叶腹线)外凸(叶背线)的圆弧形,A、B、C叶瓣呈相间120度圆周阵列。通过中心轴孔串在发电机轴上面,在风的吹动下,叶背与叶腹产生压力差从而旋转带动风力发电机发电。 
本发明的效果如下: 
通过优化的S型风力发电机桨叶叶型应用在垂直轴风力发电机上,使得桨叶叶瓣由根部到尖部的强度分布均匀合理,经过扭转后,使得桨叶的气动噪音低于环境噪音,在自然环境下实现等效的零噪音。此叶型应用在垂直轴风力发电机桨叶上,桨叶可以采用整体型腔灌注发泡的形式制造,使得桨叶具有整体载荷能力强,同时又具有重量轻的特点,在发生意外碰撞时,充分保护周围人和物的安全。并且生产效率高、成型速度快,成本低。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,包括A、B、C三个叶瓣的整体S型风力发电机桨叶,2、叶背弧线3、叶腹弧线6、叶尖弧线。A、B、C三个叶瓣为相间120度的圆周阵列,叶背弧线2的直径等于回转圆1直径的1/2,即R(1)=2*R(2);叶腹弧线3的直径等于叶背弧线2直径的1633/2000,即R(3)=1633/2000*R(2);内切圆4的直径等于回转圆1直径的1691/10000,即R(4)=1691/10000*R(1);叶尖弧线6的直径等于回转圆1直径的1/200,即R(6)=1/200*R(1);如图2所示,经过发泡的桨叶通过轴孔5与发电机轴套接。A、B、C三个叶瓣由俯视时,整体由上至下向旋转方向相反的方向扭转120度,即A叶瓣上顶面经过扭转后与 C叶瓣的下底面垂直投影重合。经过优化后的回转直径与高度比为1∶2;叶腹弧线3与叶背弧线2相内切,同时与内切圆4、C叶瓣的叶背弧线相外切;叶尖弧线6与回转圆1、叶背弧线2同时相内切,并与叶腹线3相交。

1.一种垂直轴风力发电机桨叶的叶型,具有三个叶瓣,三个叶瓣为相间120度的圆周阵列,其特征在于叶腹弧线(3)内切于叶背弧线(2),同时外切于内切圆(4)及顺序叶瓣的叶背弧线,叶腹弧线(3)与叶背弧线(2)的直径比例关系为1633∶2000;叶背弧线(2)与回转圆(1)的直径比例关系为1∶2;内切圆(4)与回转圆(1)的比例关系为1691∶10000;叶尖弧线(6)与回转圆(1)的直径比例关系为1∶200。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机桨叶叶型,其特征在于三个叶瓣由上至下为扭转120度,俯视扭转方向为旋转方向的反向120度,即俯视同一叶瓣的下底面向旋转方向超前于上顶面120度。
