Abstract

一种垂直轴风力发电机。本实用新型涉及一种垂直轴风力发电机。本实用新型的特点是通过详尽的空气动力学模拟计算和风动实验总结,将传统长直条状的机翼形叶片的截面设计成开口C形,C形翼型开口向外,其弦线与径向呈70°~90°夹角。以风机轴为轴心、以选定数值为旋转半径,C形截面围绕风机转轴凌空旋转,并在旋转的同时沿轴向改变C形截面的水平高度,构成三维空间曲面叶片。再通过悬臂将多曲面叶片与中间旋转轴连接成一体构成风力发电机叶轮。本实用新型结构简单,具有自启动能力强,叶片风阻小,风轮转速高,风能利用率高等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有多曲面翼型的垂直轴风力机。
背景技术
现有的垂直轴风力发电机的风轮叶片按其工作原理可分为三大类:升力型,阻力型和升阻复合型。这些叶片均呈长直条形状,仅叶片截面有所差异。这类直条形叶片自启动困难,启动风速较高(≥3m/s),风轮转速低,使得垂直轴风力机的风能利用率一直低于水平轴风力机。有资料报道一种截面为半圆形扭转式的纯阻力型叶片风轮,虽解决了垂直轴风力机自启动的困难,但其仍存在风阻大,转速低,风能利用率低的缺点。在一种柔性旋转叶片(ZL 200720172527.8)中叙述了一种柔性旋转叶片风力发电机,该风力发电机采用可折弯的柔性材料制成,且仍选用传统机翼形叶片,但该方法仍未能解决垂直轴风力发电机自启动困难的问题。该发明人于2010年2月在上述专利的基础上新报专利(CN201020112299.7),增设一辅助启动的螺旋形叶片,形成内外双轮结构,企图降低风力发电机自启动风速。在专利“一种垂直轴风力发电机风叶及风轮”(ZL200820126845.5)中叙述了一种垂直轴风力发电机,该发电机风叶横截面选用传统机翼型,将翼型围绕一鼓形旋转面(C形)螺旋上升,形成类似经典达尔厄风机的叶片风轮。这种风轮由于上下端的旋转半径向内缩短,在相同占空的情况下,风力发电机扫风面积约少20%,降低了风力发电机的功率,使得单位成本增加。此外,该发明把风叶的安装角定为60°。经本行业的实际风洞试验发现,此角度不能达到风阻最小,旋转速度最大。
总之,已有技术对垂直轴风力机自启动困难,风轮转速低,风能利用率低于水平轴风力机的缺点一直以来尚未找到有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种刚性且具有多曲面翼型的垂直轴风力机,具有自启动能力强,风轮转速高,风能利用率高等特点。
解决本实用新型所采用的方案是:风轮叶片的水平截面呈开口向外的C形翼,且叶片为围绕旋转轴的等半径三维螺旋曲面。
所述的风轮叶片的安装角α为70°~90°。
所述的每条叶片的上下端螺旋错位角β为30°~120°。
C形截面叶片围绕旋转轴旋转成形成柱面螺旋曲面,构成复杂的三维空间曲面叶片,再通过悬臂将多曲面叶片与中间旋转轴连接成一体构成风力发电机叶轮。
本实用新型所述的风轮的叶片材料可采用蜂窝板材、高分子有机复合材料或普通金属板材。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将传统长直条状的机翼形叶片的截面设计成开口C形,并围绕旋转轴扭曲成三维空间的多曲面叶片后,首先是克服了现有垂直轴风力发电机所存在的因不对称气流所产生的周期性脉动推力,消除启动死角,解决启动困难的缺点;其次,叶片围绕等径柱面旋转使风轮风阻相对较小;其三,叶片安装角确定为70°~90°,符合实际风洞试验的最佳结果,可进一步降低叶片旋转时的风阻,提高风机转速,从而提高风能利用率。

具体实施方式
实施例1
采用二片1mm厚度的金属铝板制成直径为0.8m,高1m的垂直轴式多曲面风力机的叶片1,通过悬臂3与中心旋转轴2连接形成100W垂直轴式风力机。此方案制备的垂直轴式风力机结构简单,启动风速为1.3 m/s,额定风速下的风机转速为50转/min,风能利用率达到0.42。
实施例2
采用三片3.5mm厚度的金属蜂窝板制成直径为4.2m,高3.5m的垂直轴式多曲面风力机的叶片1,通过悬臂3与中心旋转轴2 连接形成3KW垂直轴式风力机。此方案制备的垂直轴式风力机结构简单,启动风速为1.8 m/s,额定风速下的风机转速为30转/min,风能利用率达到0.46。
实施例3
采用三片60mm厚度的玻璃钢制成直径为74m,高36m的垂直轴式多曲面风力机的叶片1,通过悬臂3与中心旋转轴2连接形成1500KW垂直轴式风力机。此方案制备的垂直轴式风力机结构简单,启动风速为3.0 m/s,额定风速下的风机转速为18转/min,风能利用率达到0.41。
