本实用新型涉及风力发电机叶片,具体涉及一种升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片。
背景技术
现有的垂直轴风力发电机叶片,主要分为升力型和阻力型两种,升力型叶片主要是利用空气流在叶片上产生的压力差做功,具有较高的叶尖速比和风能转化率,但是转矩小难以启动;阻力型叶片是利用空气流在叶片上产生的阻力做功,具有较大的转矩和良好的启动性能,但是叶尖速比和风能转化率较低。现有技术公开有升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片,但叶片结构和成型工艺相对复杂,生产成本高,升力型和阻力型组合做功效果也不尽如人意。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种结构和成型工艺简单,生产成本低,整体强度和刚度性能好,重量轻,具有较高的叶尖速比和风能转化率及较大的转矩和良好的启动性能的升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片,所述的叶片由一叶片内侧板和一叶片外侧板通过两端相贴粘接组合成型;所述的叶片内侧板和所述的叶片外侧板组合后构成机翼型截面叶片部分,在该机翼型截面叶片部分的前端由叶片外侧弧形回弯段构成C形截面的阻风腔。
本升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片的叶片内侧板和叶片外侧板采用玻璃钢材料分别成型,然后通过聚氨酯胶进行粘接组合成型叶片,其叶片的结构和成型工艺特别简单,生产成本低,整体强度和刚度性能好,重量轻。
本升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片利用升力型叶片部分提供升力做功,利用阻风腔产生阻力做功,使叶片同时具备了升力型叶片和阻力型叶片的特点,有效提高了风力发电机适应自然风速工作环境的能力;同时,升力型做功和阻力型做功的叠加使叶片的风能转化率大大提高。
本升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片具有较高的叶尖速比和风能转化率及较大的转矩和良好的启动性能。
