如图1所示，本实用新型巧克力重量检测分离装置：包括传送带1、产品重量检测仪2、单片机3、剔除仪4、推杆5和推板6。所述产品重量检测仪设于传送带下方，所述产品重量检测仪与单片机相连接；所述单片机与剔除仪连接；所述剔除仪通过推杆与推板连接。
本实例的工作过程：检测时，将产品重量数据输入单片机3，传送带1运输从成型机中出来的巧克力块，经过重量检测仪2时，重量检测仪2将检测到的数据反馈给单片机3，单片机3经过分析，发现有不合乎重量要求的产品后，向剔除仪4发出提出指令，剔除仪4接到单片机3的指令后，通过推杆5，驱动推板6将不合格产品推出传送带1，从而达到自动检测分离不合格产品的过程。
