本实用新型涉及一种涂胶装置，尤其涉及一种自动棉签卷棉机在卷棉前所用到的涂胶装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的医用棉签，通常是采用自动卷棉机来完成送签、送棉、碎棉及卷棉、涂胶等整个过程的。而在大部分医用棉签的生产企业里，棉签的签杆首先是由漏斗状的签箱装着，用签箱的漏斗口来限制签杆只能一根一根通过，再由漏斗口下的输签机构将签杆一根一根送至导棉槽中，与棉块相遇时签杆随即作自转，将棉块卷上签杆，然后涂胶；或使签杆一边自转、一边沿导棉槽移动完成卷棉涂胶动作。这过程很容易因为卷棉机本身存在的问题或签杆太滑等原因导致签杆卷棉不充分，出现有些签杆与棉块的结合很松，棉块容易从签杆上脱落，或有些签杆卷到的棉块太少等影响棉签质量的问题。

针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使棉块与签杆紧紧地结合在一起的自动棉签卷棉机前置涂胶装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：自动棉签卷棉机前置涂胶装置，包括导胶槽、涂胶块、输胶管，其特征在于：在输签滚轮一侧的挡板上开有导胶槽，涂胶块放置于导胶槽内；输胶管一端插入涂胶块内，输胶管另一端插入胶水瓶内。
本实用新型的优点是：①本实用新型是设置在现有的自动棉签卷棉机上的，它在原有的签杆卷棉前，通过输胶装置在签杆上先涂点胶水，再将棉块卷上签杆，这样卷棉后的棉块不容易从签杆上脱离，卷出的棉签质量高，报废率低；②本实用新型结构简单，易于操作。

如图1所示，在输签滚轮4一侧的挡板上开有导胶槽1，涂胶块2放置于导胶槽1内；输胶管3一端插入涂胶块2内，输胶管3另一端插入胶水瓶内。

1.自动棉签卷棉机前置涂胶装置，包括导胶槽（1）、涂胶块（2）、输胶管（3），其特征在于：在输签滚轮（4）一侧的挡板上开有导胶槽（1），涂胶块（2）放置于导胶槽（1）内；输胶管（3）一端插入涂胶块（2）内，输胶管（3）另一端插入胶水瓶内。
