独立筒式弹性鞋垫
技术领域
本实用新型有关一种鞋类的部件，尤指一种独立筒式弹性鞋垫。
背景技术
一般消费者习惯在鞋子内会加装置入弹性鞋垫，以增加穿鞋的弹性舒适感，然而传统的弹性鞋垫由不透气的弹性材质所构成，即使表面铺上透气布料仍因排气不佳而会有流汗的臭味。
第M422883号中国台湾实用新型专利揭示一种会呼吸的弹性鞋垫，供设置在鞋子空间内，其中会呼吸的弹性鞋垫包含有上层、中层及底层，该中层为中空长条状的管体，该中层为设置于上层与底层之间。然该管体的两开口端位于鞋垫的足尖区与足跟区，鞋垫受压时呼吸排气作用未到达人体足掌与鞋垫之间的压贴面，并且该管体的变形程度受限于弹性鞋垫受压后的厚度变化，必须有明显的鞋垫受压变形才能开始在鞋垫内产生明显的气体流通现象。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种独立筒式弹性鞋垫，可在鞋垫受压后即产生气垫式排气与弹性缓冲效果，以改善鞋内空气密死循环境，并在未受压时自动达到气垫补充气体的效果。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供一种独立筒式弹性鞋垫，所述独立筒式弹性鞋垫包含一软质弹性胶片，所述软质弹性胶片具有一上表面与一下表面，其中所述上表面粘合有一透气表层，所述下表面包含一足身区、一足跟区以及一足弓区，所述足跟区设置有一支撑块，且所述软质弹性胶片一体形成有由所述下表面突出且开口朝向所述上表面的多数个第一中空弹性柱与多数个第二中空弹性柱，所述第一中空弹性柱位于所述足身区内，所述第二中空弹性柱位于所述足弓区内，并且所述第一中空弹性柱的一第一突出高度与所述第二中空弹性柱的一第二突出高度皆大于所述支撑块的一第三突出高度。
优选地，其中所述第二中空弹性柱的第二突出高度大于所述第一中空弹性柱的第一突出高度。
优选地，其中所述支撑块一体形成于所述软质弹性胶片而具有弹性。

本实用新型的独立筒式弹性鞋垫，具有以下优点与功效：
可通过第一中空弹性柱、第二中空弹性柱与支撑块的特定位置与高度组合关系作为其中一技术手段，在鞋垫一受压而尚未大力压迫至足跟区的支撑块时，第一中空弹性柱、第二中空弹性柱随即受压变形，内部空气由其开口往上喷出，未受压时第一中空弹性柱、第二中空弹性柱随即回复原来形状，使鞋内气体重新导回第一中空弹性柱、第二中空弹性柱，便能使鞋垫具备有气囊式独立筒式弹性效果。因此，故可在鞋垫受压后即产生气垫式排气与弹性缓冲效果，以改善鞋内的空气环境。

依据本实用新型的一具体实施例，一种独立筒式弹性鞋垫举例说明于图1的组件分解图、图2的立体组合图、图3的软质弹性胶片观视其下表面的立体图。该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100包含一透气表层110与一软质弹性胶片120。图3为该软质弹性胶片120观视其下表面的立体图，图4为该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100观视其软质弹性胶片120的下表面平面图，图5为该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100沿图4A-A线剖切的截面图。由图5可见，该软质弹性胶片120具有一上表面121与一下表面122。该透气表层110粘合于该软质弹性胶片120的该上表面121。通常该透气表层110可为皮质材料所制成，例如：透气皮、小羊皮，亦可为合成皮或透气织布。该软质弹性胶片120可为硅胶或橡胶材料所制成，利用本身的材料特性提供使用者柔软且富弹性的穿著感受，并可利用由弹性材料一体成形的延伸以产生各种弹性体气囊结构。而该透气表层110选用透气皮作为材料时，本身具备良好的透气性。可利用涂布粘胶并通过热压技术将该透气表层110与该软质弹性胶片120结合，使得该透气表层110与该软质弹性胶片120形成犹如一体成形的紧密结构。
如图4所示，该下表面122包含一足身区131、一足跟区132以及一足弓区133，其中该足跟区132对应于该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100供人体足跟接触的区域，该足弓区133对应于该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100供人体足弓部分(人体足底内侧所具有的小幅度弯曲弧度部位)接触的区域，而该足身区131为在人体足尖接触区域与足跟接触区域之间且排除该足弓区133的所余区域。该足跟区132设置有一支撑块125，用以支撑人体足跟。较佳地，该支撑块125可一体形成于该软质弹性胶片120而具有弹性，并易于制造与成形。如图3及图4所示，该支撑块125可为一具有弧面的网格凹槽，以使得该支撑块125可为全覆盖该足跟区132，达到较佳的足根支撑。而该网格凹槽在该弧面的相对侧边可为直线形边缘。
如图3所示，在本实施例中，该软质弹性胶片120的下表面122边缘可另设有多数个第一止滑条126，用以防止该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100在鞋子内的滑动。而该软质弹性胶片120的下表面122朝向足指部的侧边可另设有多数个第二止滑条127，用以防止该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100对应足尖的前端在鞋子内的滑动。而在本实施例中，该足身区131与该足弓区133的总区域范围可由该第一止滑条126与该支撑块125所圈围的范围所界定。此外，该些第二止滑条127与该些第一止滑条126可具有不同方向的配置，用以提供不同方向的止滑作用。更具体地，该些第二止滑条127可平行且对应于使用者的足指，以进一步防止该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100在受力较小的足指部位产生左右滑动现象，另可包含圆弧延伸的条形图案。而该些第一止滑条126可呈断续条状，而使该些第一止滑条126的每一长度不大于该些第二止滑条127的每一长度。
如图1至图5所示，该软质弹性胶片120一体形成有由该下表面122突出且开口朝向该上表面121的多数个第一中空弹性柱123与多数个第二中空弹性柱124，该些第一中空弹性柱123位于该足身区131内，该些第二中空弹性柱124位于该足弓区133内(如图3所示)。并且，如图5所示，该些第一中空弹性柱123的第一突出高度H1与该些第二中空弹性柱124的第二突出高度H2皆大于该支撑块125的第三突出高度H3。在此所载的“突出高度”为由该软质弹性胶片120的该下表面122起算至该组件最突出端的垂直距离，而该支撑块125的第三突出高度H3以该支撑块125最邻近该些第一中空弹性柱123的边缘计算。更具体地，该些第二中空弹性柱124的该第二突出高度H2可更大于该些第一中空弹性柱123的该第一突出高度H1。在本实施例中，该些第一中空弹性柱123具有的第一突出高度H1约可介于6~8厘米(mm)、该些第二中空弹性柱124具有的第二突出高度H2约可介于8~11厘米(mm)、该支撑块125具有的一第三突出高度H3约可介于5~8厘米(mm)。此外，较佳地，如图5所示，该支撑块125的支撑面可略往该些第一中空弹性柱123倾斜，可使该些第一中空弹性柱123受压变形时，该支撑块125的支撑面更平贴于鞋底，以增加两者摩擦力。
因此，通过该些第一中空弹性柱123、该些第二中空弹性柱124与该支撑块125的上述特定位置与高度组合关系作为本实用新型的一技术手段，当鞋垫一受压而尚未大力压迫至足跟区的该支撑块125时，该些第一中空弹性柱123、该些第二中空弹性柱124随即受压变形，内部空气由其开口欲往上喷出，未受压时该些第一中空弹性柱123、该些第二中空弹性柱124随即回复原来形状，使鞋内气体重新导回该些第一中空弹性柱123、该些第二中空弹性柱124，便能使该鞋垫100具备有气囊式独立筒式弹性效果，即为在鞋垫受压后即产生气垫式排气与弹性缓冲效果，以改善鞋内的空气环境。
此外，对应每一第一中空弹性柱123与每一第二中空弹性柱124各具有一朝向该上表面121的开口，分别为该些第一中空弹性柱123的开口123A与该些第二中空弹性柱124的开口124A(如图1所示)，较佳地，该些第一中空弹性柱123与该些第二中空弹性柱124的形状可为顶部镂空的倒半圆锥体，有助于该些第一中空弹性柱123与该些第二中空弹性柱124受压后形状的完整回复。而且，该透气表层110具有多数个对准于开口123A及开口124A的气囊孔111。因此，该些第一中空弹性柱123与该些第二中空弹性柱124将形成为受压往上喷气的多孔气囊弹性结构。如图6所示，该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100装设于一鞋子10内，在使用者行走时随着该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100受压，因该些第一中空弹性柱123与该些第二中空弹性柱124的变形而能返复地对着人体足部20的底部往上喷气或者施加往上气压的反作用力，达到直接对足底喷气的缓冲弹性舒适感。
较佳地，该些气囊孔111的孔径可小于开口123A及开口124A的孔径，以维持该透气表层110的强度以及与人体足部接触的贴附面。此外，该透气表层110可更具有多数个透气孔112，贯穿连通该软质弹性胶片120的多数个不对准于开口123A及开口124A的贯穿孔128，用以缩短穿载时鞋内由该些第一中空弹性柱123与该些第二中空弹性柱124至该独立筒式弹性鞋垫100外部的气体流动路径，而能改善气体循环效果。
