现有技术中，在对保温材料进行测试时采用多种设备，传统的试验承压筒是利用简易15*15*15cm混凝土压缩试验模具，模具原本为可拆卸的立方体钢制试验器具，压缩时模具易发生变形影响试验结果准确性。

    本实用新型提供一种结构简单、测试速度快且方便操作的保温材料筒压强度检测装置。

一种保温材料筒压强度检测装置，包括圆柱形筒体，其特征在于：所述筒体具有一个筒底，所述筒底的四周具有把手，所述筒体上端开口，所述筒体的口部设有筒盖，所述筒盖可沿筒体的内壁上、下滑动。
所述筒体的外壁上设有横向限制肋板。
本实用新型在传统的技术上作出改进，采用钢制圆柱筒形状设计，且在钢制圆柱筒外加横向限制肋，试验时不会发生变形，冲压模板为钢制可沿导向筒内壁滑动，来进行保温材料的筒压强度检测。
