本实用新型涉及一种垂直轴风机叶片的联接支撑抱箍结构。
背景技术
一般普通叶片的联接和支撑抱箍结构的组合联接因结构复杂,制造工效低,成本也大。得不到普及。且支撑杆部份采用圆型和方型材料,不符合空气动力学的要求。在与叶片联接不能有效贴合叶片的三维螺旋曲面,并且加工复杂,工效低,成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种垂直轴风机叶片的联接支撑抱箍结构。该结构采用先进的三维设计,并进行空气动力学性能分析,修改和完善后。用国标102铝合金材料经模具压铸而成。支撑杆截面外型为翼型结构,与叶片接触面完全配合。解决一般普通叶片的联接和支撑抱箍结构的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种垂直轴风机叶片的联接支撑抱箍结构,包括叶片、支撑杆和抱箍件,所述支撑杆固定与所述抱箍件一端,所述叶片设于所述支撑杆外端,两个所述抱箍件上通过分别设有的凹凸结构相互配合连接。
优选的,所述叶片的外端接触面为螺旋曲面。
优选的,所述支撑杆截面为翼型截面。
本实用新型的有益效果:该装置的组合联接为梯形面凹凸联接,提高联接抱箍的可靠性,同时因结构简单,制造工效提高,成本也大大降低。其中,支撑杆截面为翼型,更好的满足空气动力学和流体力学的要求。叶片接触面为螺旋曲面满足外型设计工艺要求,不但造型美观,产品质量也得到提高。

具体实施方式
图1所示为一种垂直轴风机叶片的联接支撑抱箍结构,包括叶片2、支撑杆1和抱箍件3,所述支撑杆1固定与所述抱箍件3一端,所述叶片2设于所述支撑杆1外端,两个所述抱箍件2上通过分别设有的凹凸结构相互配合连接。所述叶片2的外端接触面为螺旋曲面。支撑杆1截面为翼型截面,更好的满足空气动力学和流体力学的要求。
其中的抱箍件3为两件外型结构相同的铝合金压铸件左右对称安装组合而成。
本实用新型结构件简单,联接可靠,制造工效高,成本低。可以广泛适用于40W,100W,1000W至5000W的垂直轴风力发电机螺旋曲面型叶片的联接和支撑抱箍。
