Abstract

一种有别于目前风能发电的卧式风能发电,发电机部份在地面,风叶轮在塔式支承架的顶端,动能通过风叶轮轴、十字斜齿轮、垂直长轴传递给地面的发电机。这样顶端的发电机降到了地面,塔式支承架可减小阻风,降低制造和安装成本;有利安装固定,对吊装设备的起重要求低;有利于生产运行中对发电机的维护保养和维修。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及风能发电。
背景技术:目前风能发电的风叶轮和发电机部份都在圆筒形支承柱的顶端,一般距地面或海面几十米以上,发电机部份一般重达十几至几十吨。这样就要求支承柱的强度在风能环境下能长期安全地支承十几至几十吨的发电机以及风叶轮的重量,安装时对基础的技术条件要求高,特别是海面上进行安装固定成本就更高,对吊装设备的起重要求也相对较高;发电机在高空不利于生产运行中对其维护保养和维修,工作环境不利于员工对设备的维护保养和维修。
发明内容:卧式风能发电就是将发电机放置到地面,并与塔式支承架的底部结合,使发电机成为塔式支承架底座的一部份,风叶轮收集的动能通过十字斜齿轮、垂直长轴传递给地面的发电机。其结构为发电机在塔式支承架的底部,风叶轮和平衡重块分别在风叶轮轴的两端,近风叶轮端在风叶轮轴上有一十字斜齿轮,塔式支承架的内部垂直安装一垂直长轴并其顶端装有一十字斜齿轮,垂直长轴顶端的十字斜齿轮与风叶轮轴上的十字斜齿轮齿合。这样塔式支承架顶端的重量较目前减少很多,可降低阻风面积和支承部件成本;安装时对基础的技术条件相对降低,对吊装设备的起重要求也相对低很多,更有利现场安装固定;有利于生产运行中对发电机的维护保养和维修。
本实用新型是这样实现的:见说明书附图,是卧式风能发电的结构示意图。图中1是风叶轮,图中2是平衡重块,图中3是风叶轮轴,图中4是十字斜齿轮,图中5是垂直长轴,图中6是塔式支承架,图中7是发电机,图中8是安装平面。

具体实施方式:如图所示,在图中6的塔式支承架中心位置安装图中5的垂直长轴,并在其顶部安装一十字斜齿轮4,对组装好的塔式支承架6和垂直长轴5以及十字斜齿轮4进行吊装,底部罩着发电机7,直立于安装平面8之上并固定,在风叶轮轴3近风叶轮端安装十字斜齿轮4,之后在风叶轮轴的两端安装风叶轮1和平衡重块2,并吊装于塔式支承架6的顶端,对齐两个十字斜齿轮使其齿合并固定风叶轮轴3,这样卧式风能发电机就完成了。当风叶轮顺时针转动时,通过十字斜齿轮带动垂直长轴顺时针转动,从而驱动塔式支承架6底部罩着的发电机。

1.卧式风能发电,其特征是:发电机部份在塔式支承架的底部,风叶轮和平衡重块分别在风叶轮轴的两端,近风叶轮端在风叶轮轴上有一十字斜齿轮,塔式支承架的内部垂直安装一垂直长轴其顶端接十字斜齿轮,垂直长轴顶端的十字斜齿轮与风叶轮轴上的十字斜齿轮齿合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式风能发电,其特征是:发电机在塔式支承架的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卧式风能发电,其特征是:风叶轮和平衡重块分别在风叶轮轴的两端,近风叶轮端在风叶轮轴上有一十字斜齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卧式风能发电,其特征是:塔式支承架的内部垂直安装一垂直长轴并其顶端接十字斜齿轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卧式风能发电,其特征是:垂直长轴顶端的十字斜齿轮与风叶轮轴上的十字斜齿轮齿合。
