本实用新型涉及酸槽的水封装置。所要解决的技术问题是提供的装置不仅能有效地防止酸雾扩散，还能防止酸槽中热量的扩散，并且具有节能环保、结构简单的特点。技术方案是：酸槽的水封装置，包括设置在酸槽上部的密封水槽结构，其特征在于：所述水封装置还包括对称布置在酸槽左右两端的两个水帘密封装置；所述水帘密封装置包括一水箱，该水箱顶部的进水口与循环水泵接通，水箱的其中一侧壁开设有一条沿水平方向伸展的出水口，该出水口下侧的外壁制有一用于形成水帘的斜坡，该斜坡的下边对应设置一接水槽，斜坡与接水槽隔开一定间距作为金属丝进出酸槽的出入口，由斜坡形成的水帘罩盖密封着该出入口。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种酸槽的密封装置，尤其是在挥发性较大的盐酸槽中使用的水封装置。
背景技术
金属丝绳的生产过程中，通过酸洗清除表面氧化层是不可缺少的工艺过程；为了达到良好的清除效果，往往采用高温和高浓度的酸洗方式，这样就会产生大量的酸雾，严重腐蚀厂房和影响周边环境的空气，从而对人体健康带来严重后果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足，提供一种酸槽的密封装置，该装置不仅能有效地防止酸雾扩散，还能防止酸槽中热量的扩散，并且具有节能环保、结构简单的特点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：酸槽的水封装置，包括设置在酸槽上部的密封水槽结构，其特征在于：所述水封装置还包括对称布置在酸槽左右两端的两个水帘密封装置；所述水帘密封装置包括一水箱，该水箱顶部的进水口与循环水泵接通，水箱的其中一侧壁开设有一条沿水平方向伸展的出水口，该出水口下侧的外壁制有一用于形成水帘的斜坡，该斜坡的下边对应设置一接水槽，斜坡与接水槽隔开一定间距作为金属丝进出酸槽的出入口，由斜坡形成的水帘罩盖密封着该出入口。
所述水帘密封装置的水箱内设有水流缓冲结构，该水流缓冲结构包括依序连通的第一缓冲室、第二缓冲室和第三缓冲室，所述第一缓冲室位于水箱的上侧并与所述循环水泵接通，该第一缓冲室与第二缓冲室的连接处设有对水流缓冲的斜板；所述第二缓冲室和第三缓冲室位于第一缓冲室的下方，其中第二缓冲室内设有一竖直布置的挡水板，该挡水板上开设有若干个沿水平方向伸展的条形过水孔，所述第三缓冲室与所述出水口连通。
所述水箱采用PP材料制作。
所述密封水槽结构由沿着酸槽顶部的四周延伸的水槽以及盖在酸槽顶部的一酸槽观察盖组成，酸槽观察盖四周的盖沿浸入所述水槽中以实现酸槽顶部的密封。
本实用新型的工作原理是：酸槽观察盖的四周由所述水槽密封，实现酸槽顶部的密封，防止酸雾扩散；而酸槽两端的金属丝出入口则通过水帘密封：通过循环水泵把水供给水帘密封装置，水帘密封装置内部的水流缓冲结构使水流平稳、均匀地流动后再通过斜坡形成一层水帘，把酸槽内的酸雾完全密封在槽体内而不扩散，同时水帘密封装置采用的PP材料既耐酸又隔热，提高了热能的使用效率。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型设计的密封水槽结构和水帘密封装置，可以将酸槽的顶部以及两端的金属丝进出口密封，防止酸雾扩散，从而消除了酸雾对环境的污染以及对人体的伤害，还可以降低酸槽的热能和酸液的消耗量，节约了废气收集和处理的成本。

以下结合说明书附图，对本实用新型作进一步说明，但本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1-图3所示，本实用新型所述的酸槽的水封装置，包括设置在酸槽5上部的密封水槽结构，以及对称布置在酸槽左右两端的两个水帘密封装置。
所述密封水槽结构由沿着酸槽顶部的四周延伸的水槽5-1以及盖在酸槽顶部的一酸槽观察盖5-2组成，酸槽观察盖四周的盖沿浸入所述水槽中以实现酸槽顶部的密封。
所述水帘密封装置包括一水箱1，该水箱顶部的进水口1-10与循环水泵接通（循环水泵省略不画），水箱的其中一侧壁开设有一条沿水平方向伸展的出水口1-8，该出水口下侧的箱壁制成往外斜伸一定角度的斜坡1-6，该斜坡的下沿位于酸槽端部的金属丝进出口3（包括金属丝入口和金属丝出口）的上侧以使水箱的出水在该处形成水帘1-7对金属丝进出口密封；所述斜坡的下边对应设有接水槽2（接水槽设有出水管）；斜坡下沿与接水槽之间的距离即作为金属丝的进出口。为了防止水帘的水进入酸槽内，所述金属进出丝口设有斜挡板4，该斜挡板位于酸槽内。
所述水帘密封装置的水箱内设有水流缓冲结构，该水流缓冲结构包括依序连通的第一缓冲室1-1、第二缓冲室1-2和第三缓冲室1-3，所述第一缓冲室位于水箱的上侧并与所述循环水泵接通，该第一缓冲室与第二缓冲室的连接处设有对水流缓冲的斜板1-9；所述第二缓冲室和第三缓冲室位于第一缓冲室的下方，其中第二缓冲室内设有一竖直布置的挡水板1-4，该挡水板上开设有若干个沿水平方向伸展的条形过水孔1-5，所述第三缓冲室与所述出水口1-8连通。所述水箱推荐采用既耐酸又隔热的PP材料制作。
本实用新型所述的水帘密封装置可以平稳地形成一层水帘，使得金属进出丝口密封，酸雾不扩散，消除酸雾对环境的污染以及对人体的伤害，还可以降低酸槽的热能和酸液的消耗量，节约了废气收集和处理的成本。

1.酸槽的水封装置，包括设置在酸槽（5）上部的密封水槽结构，其特征在于：所述水封装置还包括对称布置在酸槽左右两端的两个水帘密封装置；所述水帘密封装置包括一水箱（1），该水箱顶部的进水口（1-10）与循环水泵接通，水箱的其中一侧壁开设有一条沿水平方向伸展的出水口（1-8），该出水口下侧的外壁制有一用于形成水帘的斜坡（1-6），该斜坡的下边对应设置一接水槽，斜坡与接水槽隔开一定间距作为金属丝进出酸槽的出入口（3），由斜坡形成的水帘罩盖密封着该出入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸槽的水封装置，其特征在于：所述水帘密封装置的水箱内设有水流缓冲结构，该水流缓冲结构包括依序连通的第一缓冲室（1-1）、第二缓冲室（1-2）和第三缓冲室（1-3），所述第一缓冲室位于水箱的上侧并与所述循环水泵接通，该第一缓冲室与第二缓冲室的连接处设有对水流缓冲的斜板（1-9）；所述第二缓冲室和第三缓冲室位于第一缓冲室的下方，其中第二缓冲室内设有一竖直布置的挡水板（1-4），该挡水板上开设有若干个沿水平方向伸展的条形过水孔（1-5），所述第三缓冲室与所述出水口连通。
3.根据权利要求或2所述的酸槽的水封装置，其特征在于：所述水箱采用PP材料制作。
4.根据权利要求3所述的酸槽的水封装置，其特征在于：所述密封水槽结构由沿着酸槽顶部的四周延伸的水槽（5-1）以及盖在酸槽顶部的一酸槽观察盖（5-2）组成，酸槽观察盖四周的盖沿浸入所述水槽中以实现酸槽顶部的密封。
