背景技术
   对悬梁加工时经常要对其进行高精度冲孔，一般是在冲压机上操作，定位麻烦，冲孔不够精准，加工效果不好。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种悬梁精冲模，其结构简单，设计合理，利用模具冲针冲孔，定位精准，且设有滑动安装的脱板，脱料快速方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种悬梁精冲模，包括有上、下模板，其特征在于：所述上模板的底面两端分别安装有导柱，导柱的上端安装有上夹板，导柱的下端滑动安装有脱板，所述的上夹板与脱板之间通过伸缩套连接，所述的上模板底面还安装有冲针，所述的冲针依次穿过上夹板、伸缩套和脱板；所述的下模板上安装有垫板，垫板的两端对应导柱设有导套，垫板上安装有凹模夹板凹模夹板内设有凹模，所述的凹模上设有对应冲针的凹腔，凹腔与垫板和下模板连通；所述的凹模上设有定位板。
所述的定位板上安装有靠山，所述的脱板上对应靠山设有供其穿过的通孔。

所述的定位板13上安装有靠山14，所述的脱板5上对应靠山14设有供其穿过的通孔15。
