本实用新型公开了一种危险化学品供料装置，包括密闭的原料计量贮罐，原料计量贮罐的上部与一真空泵连通，原料计量贮罐的下部分别设置有放料管道和原料进入管道，所述原料进入管道用于与原料罐连接，所述放料管道用于与反应釜连接，所述放料管道和原料进入管道上均串设有阀门。本实用新型提供的危险化学品供料装置，采用密闭的原料计量贮罐，并且采用真空泵首先对原料计量贮罐内造成负压，环氧氯丙烷经原料进入管道由原料计量贮罐的下部缓慢进入原料计量贮罐，使用时再经放料管道直接加入反应釜中。在整个供料过程中，完全与空气隔绝，密封好，不会挥发，并且没有强烈冲击，完全可以满足此类化学品的使用要求，明显改善了工作环境，安全性提高。

本实用新型涉及一种危险化学品供料装置。
背景技术
增湿强剂主要在造纸行业中应用，目前使用较多的增湿强剂是聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷，具有白度高，中性固化，留着率高，不释放甲醛等优点。聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷生产原料之一环氧氯丙烷是一种无色液体，有似氯仿气味，接触空气易挥发、不稳定，且不宜剧烈冲击，易燃，中等毒，有麻醉性，动物实验证明有潜在致癌作用。
现有的环氧氯丙烷原料在供料时，是先将环氧氯丙烷泵入敞口的原料计量贮罐内，原料计量贮罐下部设置有放料口，需要使用时，打开放料口，将原料计量贮罐中的环氧氯丙烷加入反应釜中。现有的环氧氯丙烷供料装置使用的是敞口原料计量贮罐，密封性差，挥发气味很大，工人工作环境差，同时安全性也比较差，达不到安全要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种危险化学品供料装置。
为了实现以上目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种危险化学品供料装置，包括密闭的原料计量贮罐，所述原料计量贮罐的上部与一真空泵连通，所述原料计量贮罐的下部分别设置有放料管道和原料进入管道，所述原料进入管道用于与原料罐连接，所述放料管道用于与反应釜连接，所述放料管道和原料进入管道上均串设有阀门。
进一步的，所述阀门为球阀。
所述放料管道的位于所述阀门与所述反应釜之间的管道段上还设置有抽吸泵。

见图1所示，一种危险化学品供料装置，包括密闭的原料计量贮罐1，原料计量贮罐1的上部与真空泵4连通，原料计量贮罐1的下部分别设置有放料管道3和原料进入管道6，原料进入管道6用于与原料罐5连接，放料管道3用于与反应釜（图中未示出）连接，放料管道3和原料进入管道6上均串设有球阀2。
本实施例提供的危险化学品供料装置的使用方法：关闭放料管道3上的球阀2，打开原料进入管道6上的球阀2，然后打开真空泵4对密闭的原料计量贮罐1抽真空，使原料计量贮罐1内形成负压，这时原料罐5中的环氧氯丙烷原料经原料进入管道6缓慢进入原料计量贮罐1中，进料完毕后关闭真空泵4和原料进入管道6上的球阀2，打开放料管道3上的球阀2，将原料计量贮罐1内的环氧氯丙烷原料经放料管道3直接放入反应釜中。
进一步的，放料管道3的位于阀门2与反应釜之间的管道段上还可以设置抽吸泵。

1.一种危险化学品供料装置，其特征在于，包括密闭的原料计量贮罐，所述原料计量贮罐的上部与一真空泵连通，所述原料计量贮罐的下部分别设置有放料管道和原料进入管道，所述原料进入管道用于与原料罐连接，所述放料管道用于与反应釜连接，所述放料管道和原料进入管道上均串设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的危险化学品供料装置，其特征在于，所述阀门为球阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的危险化学品供料装置，其特征在于，所述放料管道的位于所述阀门与所述反应釜之间的管道段上还设置有抽吸泵。
