本实用新型公开了一种二氧化氯发生器安全水封装置，它安装在二氧化氯发生器内且与二氧化氯发生器内部的反应釜连接，它包括水封箱（2）和设置在水封箱（2）内的泄压管（1），泄压管（1）通过卸压管道（3）连接反应釜，水封箱（2）上还设有排空管（4）和水封箱溢流管（5）。本实用新型的有益效果是：能够在反应釜内压力增高时即可自动泄压，避免了反应釜内高压引起爆炸，而且泄压所排出的二氧化氯气体经溶解于水后排出，避免了发散的二氧化氯气体腐蚀设施设备，同时本实用新型使用水封式泄压管避免了传统安全阀因二氧化氯强氧化所造成的腐蚀带来的安全隐患，使用寿命更长，更安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种二氧化氯发生器安全水封装置。
背景技术
现有的二氧化氯发生器采用橡胶堵住卸压口，容易出现橡胶老化与卸压口沾合在一起，不能正常的起到安全卸压的作用。而且该装置一般都为外置，与二氧化氯发生器所在的工作空间相通，排出的二氧化氯气体会对人体的呼吸道和电器造成损害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种二氧化氯发生器安全水封装置，能够在反应釜内压力增高时即可自动卸压，避免反应釜内高压引起爆炸，而且卸压所排出的二氧化氯可通过溶解于水后排出，避免发散的二氧化氯气体腐蚀设施设备。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：它安装在二氧化氯发生器内且与二氧化氯发生器内部的反应釜连接，它包括水封箱和设置在水封箱内的泄压管，泄压管通过卸压管道连接反应釜，水封箱上还设有排空管和水封箱溢流管。
所述的泄压管为水封式泄压管。
本实用新型的有益效果是：能够在反应釜内压力增高时即可自动卸压，避免了反应釜内高压引起爆炸，而且卸压所排出的二氧化氯气体经溶解于水后排出，避免了发散的二氧化氯气体腐蚀设施设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：如图1、图2所示，它安装在二氧化氯发生器内且与二氧化氯发生器内部的反应釜连接，它包括水封箱2和设置在水封箱2内的水封式泄压管1，泄压管1通过卸压管道3连接反应釜，水封箱2上还设有排空管4和水封箱溢流管5。
本实用新型的水封箱2内装有水，其中水封箱溢流管5位于水面上方，而泄压管1位于水中且距离水面50mm左右最好，此处的水压可避免反应釜内产生高压，产生不必要的危害。
本实用新型的工作原理：反应釜内产生的二氧化氯气体一般是被负压吸气装置吸走，但是负压吸气装置出现堵塞或停止工作时，反应釜内压力迅速增高，当通过卸压管道3流向泄压管1的气体对泄压水封管1产生的压力大于泄压管1的阀值即水压时，二氧化氯气体即可通过泄压管1溶于水中，未溶解的二氧化氯气体则通过位于水面上方的水封箱溢流管5排出室外。
本实用新型的水封箱2内的废水可通过排空管4排出。

1.二氧化氯发生器安全水封装置，它安装在二氧化氯发生器内且与二氧化氯发生器内部的反应釜连接，其特征在于：它包括水封箱（2）和设置在水封箱（2）内的泄压管（1），泄压管（1）通过卸压管道（3）连接反应釜，水封箱（2）上还设有排空管（4）和水封箱溢流管（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二氧化氯发生器安全水封装置，其特征在于：所述的泄压管（1）为水封式泄压管。
