背景技术
镁合金作为最轻的工程金属材料,其比强度明显高于工程塑料,而且常规镁合金比铝合金轻30~50%,比钢铁轻70%以上,同时具有良好的铸造性、切削加工性、导热性、阻尼性以及电磁屏蔽能力强和易于回收等一系列优点。汽车工业所用镁合金压铸材料,特别是汽车动力系统部件要求所用材料具有一定的耐高温或抗蠕变性能,另外,还必须具有把多个部件组合进行一体化设计,采用一次压铸成形的特点。与塑料相比,镁合金具有良好的刚度和稳定性,其零件在重量、价格、功能以及结构优化设计方面都具备较大的优越性。所以,采用镁合金制造汽车零部件具有许多优点:可以显著减轻车身重量,降低油耗,减轻尾气排放,提高零部件的集成度,降低零部件加工和装配成本,提高汽车设计的灵活性等优点。采用高塑性的镁合金还可以提高汽车抗震动及耐碰撞性能,降低噪声,改善汽车的刚度,提高废旧零部件的回收率,提高汽车的安全性和可操作性。
曲轴箱是汽车发动机的重要组成部分,燃烧室内产生的压力通过缸体及曲轴传到曲轴箱,曲轴箱还能起到固定发动机的作用,所以对曲轴箱的刚度、降噪及减震性能要求较高。曲轴箱的轻量化设计是减少发动机重量的重要途径之一,采用镁合金作为曲轴箱体的结构材料,不仅利于减轻重量、降低噪音,而且具有增加强度、提高抗压性、易于散热等优点。
现有的曲轴箱体多采用铝合金作为结构材料,不仅增加了发动机的重量,增加汽车的油耗,造成环境污染,而且噪音较大,抗震及耐磨性能较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吸振性能好、重量轻且耐磨损的汽车发动机镁合金曲轴箱体。
为实现本实用新型的目的采用如下技术方案:一种汽车发动机镁合金曲轴箱体,包括经压铸成型的汽车发动机曲轴箱体,所述汽车发动机曲轴箱体的主体基层材料为镁合金结构材料,所述曲轴箱体表面设置有等离子电解氧化处理原位生成的耐磨保护层,该耐磨保护层的厚度为0.025~0.035mm,所述的曲轴箱体采用AZ91D镁合金。
本实作新型的有益效果是,曲轴箱体采用密度比铝合金小的镁合金压铸而成,因此能够减轻汽车车体重量,降低汽车的油耗;又因为镁合金的减震系数远远大于铝合金和铸铁,因此,可以使发动机曲轴箱体的减震、降噪性能得以提高。曲轴箱体的镁合金基层表面设置等离子电解氧化处理原位生成的耐磨保护层,使得曲轴箱体具有良好的耐磨性,能够避免曲轴箱体因与外界接触而产生摩擦受损,实现对镁合金的有效保护。
本实用新型具有减震性能强、降低噪音、节省燃油和耐磨的优点。

图1所示的实施例中,一种汽车发动机镁合金曲轴箱体,包括经压铸成型的汽车发动机曲轴箱体,所述汽车发动机曲轴箱体主体基层1采用AZ91D镁合金,所述曲轴箱体表面设置有等离子电解氧化处理原位生成的耐磨保护层2,该耐磨保护层2的厚度范围为0.025~0.035mm,本实用新型的耐磨保护层2采用0.027mm的厚度。
