一种电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水直接进入煤泥预沉池,煤泥预沉池的出水经煤水提升泵升压后送至自清洗过滤器;且在煤泥预沉池与自清洗过滤器之间的管路上设置凝聚剂储存及投加装置和杀菌剂储存及投加装置;自清洗过滤器出水进入管式微滤装置;且所述自清洗过滤器和管式微滤装置的反洗排水回收至煤泥沉淀池。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型与传统处理方法相比,在工艺流程上取消了澄清池、生水箱、生水泵和介质过滤器,以自清洗过滤器和管式微滤装置代替,减小了设备级数和数量,减少一级动力提升,降低能源消耗约1/2,减少占地约1/2,在建造成本、运行成本、占地面积上均明显优于传统煤矿矿井排水处理系统。

Description

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种短流程含煤废水处理系统,特别是涉及一种电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统。 
背景技术
电厂含煤废水是指输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水,其水质含数量不等的悬浮物、少量有机物和菌类,其中悬浮物的主要成分是煤粉,悬浮物含量高达1000mg/L。 
传统的的电厂含煤废水处理方法为:输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水→煤泥沉淀池→煤水提升泵→澄清池→生水箱→生水泵→介质过滤器。该装置工艺流程长,设备级数多、数量多,厂区占地庞大,投资高,已不能满足“资源友好型、环境节约型”的电厂建设要求;另一方面,澄清池的运行受来水负荷变化而变动,出水水质不稳定,自动化程度低,严重影响后续设备的出水水质。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工艺流程短、设备级数少、数量少,厂区占地较小、投资节省的电厂用含煤废水处理系统。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,其特征在于:输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水直接进入煤泥预沉池,煤泥预沉池的出水经煤水提升泵升压后送至自清洗过滤器;且在煤泥预沉池与自清洗过滤器之间的管路上设置凝聚剂储存及投加装置和杀菌剂储存及投加装置;自清洗过滤器出水进入管式微滤装置;且所述自清洗过滤器和管式微滤装置的反洗排水回收至煤泥沉淀池。
所述的管式微滤装置配有自动反洗装置和人工化学清洗装置。 
所述的自清洗过滤器为不锈钢孔径过滤器,过滤精度为500μm。 
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,与传统处理方法相比,在工艺流程上取消了澄清池、生水箱、生水泵和介质过滤器,以自清洗过滤器和管式微滤装置代替,减小了设备级数和数量,减少一级动力提升,降低能源消耗约1/2,减少占地约1/2,在建造成本、运行成本、占地面积上均明显优于传统煤矿矿井排水处理系统。自清洗过滤器、管式微滤装置的运行自动化程度高,出水水质稳定,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水直接进入煤泥预沉池1,去除大直径漂浮物和颗粒物后,经煤水提升泵2升压后送至自清洗过滤器3;来自凝聚剂储存及投加装置5和杀菌剂储存及投加装置6投加的次氯酸钠和聚合铁,与自清洗过滤器3进水混合;自清洗过滤器3出水进入管式微滤装置4,在此直径大于0.2μm的菌体、病毒、悬浮固体等将被分离,出水浊度<1NTU,满足含煤废水资源化及回用的要求。 
上述的管式微滤装置4配套有自动反洗装置,当管式微滤装置4进出口压差或出水浊度达到设定值时,系统自动进入反洗程序。且管式微滤装置4还配套有人工化学清洗装置,当管式微滤装置4跨膜压差超出规定值0.12MPa时,系统提示进行化学清洗。管式微滤装置4长3800mm,膜壳直径150mm,膜壳长3000mm,进水悬浮物含量<1000mg/L;其中管式膜元件为超高分子量聚丙烯(PP)材质,膜内径为5.5mm,膜孔径为0.2μm。 
自清洗过滤器3、管式微滤装置4的反洗排水回收至煤泥沉淀池1,降低处理系统自用水率。 
自清洗过滤器3为304不锈钢孔径过滤器,过滤精度为500μm。 
煤泥沉淀池1的排泥,经脱水后,为品质优良的煤粉,可为电厂节约燃煤成本。 
需要指出的是,本实用新型的具体应用方式并不限于上述具体的描述,凡是在此基础上进行的简单变形应用均可认为是落在本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.一种电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,其特征在于:输煤栈桥冲洗排水、煤场道路冲洗排水和锅炉房冲洗排水直接进入煤泥预沉池(1),煤泥预沉池(1)的出水经煤水提升泵(2)升压后送至自清洗过滤器(3);且在煤泥预沉池(1)与自清洗过滤器(3)之间的管路上设置凝聚剂储存及投加装置(5)和杀菌剂储存及投加装置(6);自清洗过滤器(3)出水进入管式微滤装置(4);且所述自清洗过滤器(3)和管式微滤装置(4)的反洗排水回收至煤泥沉淀池(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的管式微滤装置(4)配有自动反洗装置和人工化学清洗装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电厂用短流程含煤废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的自清洗过滤器(3)为不锈钢孔径过滤器,过滤精度为500μm。
