背景技术
    轴承厂的轴承对内孔标准件粗糙度的要求非常高,要求内孔表面成镜面。现有技术中大多数轴承制作内孔标准件都采用人工研磨(研磨膏)内孔表面的方式,缺点是研磨出的内孔表面不均匀,误差大,制作出的内孔标准件使用周期短,且工作效率低下。

本实用新型目的是提供一种轴承内孔研磨工装,以解决现有技术手工研磨制作内孔标准件效率低下,误差较大的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种轴承内孔研磨工装,包括由底座和立座构成的L形支撑座,其特征在于:L形支撑座的底座上安装有无级调速电机,所述无级调速电机输出轴穿过L形支撑座的立座后伸出,且无级调速电机输出轴上套有研磨套,研磨套两端分别成型有环形的研磨刀片。
本实用新型通过无级调速电机带动研磨套转动,利用研磨套上的研磨刀片制作内孔标准件,大大提高了工作效率,并且制作出的内孔标准件内孔表面均匀,精度较高,使用周期长。
