本实用新型公开了一种除铁器，包括除铁器本体、设在除铁器本体上的排放口和连接排放口的排放管道，排放管道上设有阀门，所述排放口包括排渣口和排浆口。本实用新型是将除铁器中的泥浆与废水分流，排浆口以及与其连接的管道用于排出残存在除铁器内未经过除铁的泥浆，使用中通过管道将多个除铁器的排浆口串联，将多个除铁器内残留的泥浆输送到回浆池内，继续使用，避免了泥浆的浪费节约了泥料；排渣口以及与其连接的管道用于排出在清洗除铁器时产生的废水。

本实用新型属于除铁器，具体涉及一种除铁器。 
背景技术
根据电瓷制作工艺要求，除铁器在运行2小时后须清洗，要将藕片取出清洗就必须退磁，现有除铁器的结构退磁取出藕片后，设备内就会残存一些未经过除铁的泥浆，如清洗排掉会造成浪费，如不清洗，将大大减小除铁效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种泥浆回收，减少浪费，同时保证除铁效果的除铁器的管道结构。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种除铁器，包括除铁器本体、设在除铁器本体上的排放口和连接排放口的排放管道，排放管道上设有阀门，所述排放口包括排渣口和排浆口。 
上述技术方案是将除铁器中的泥浆与废水分流，排浆口以及与其连接的管道用于排出残存在除铁器内未经过除铁的泥浆，使用中通过管道将多个除铁器的排浆口串联，将多个除铁器内残留的泥浆输送到回浆池内，继续使用，避免了泥浆的浪费节约了泥料；排渣口以及与其连接的管道用于排出在清洗除铁器时产生的废水。 
在对除铁器进行清洗时先退磁取出藕片，打开排浆口的阀门，将残存在除铁器内未经过除铁的泥浆排出，等泥浆排净后关闭该阀门，再打开排渣口的阀门，对除铁器进行清洗，将除铁器内的杂质排出，完毕后关闭该阀门，为下一次除铁做好准备。采用本技术方案预计可实现每台除铁器每清洗一次可回用泥料8㎏，预计年将节约泥料230吨，实现经济效益11.5万元。

具体实施方式
实施例一：如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种除铁器，包括除铁器本体、设在除铁器本体上的排放口和连接排放口的排放管道4，排放管道4上设有阀门5，所述排放口包括排渣口2和排浆口3。 
上述技术方案是将除铁器1中的泥浆与废水分流，排浆口3以及与其连接的管道4用于排出残存在除铁器1内未经过除铁的泥浆，使用中通过管道4将多个除铁器1的排浆口3串联，将多个除铁器1内残留的泥浆输送到回浆池内，继续使用，避免了泥浆的浪费节约了泥料；排渣口2用于排出在清洗除铁器时产生的废水。 
在对除铁器1进行清洗时，先退磁后取出藕片，打开排浆口3的阀门5，将残存在除铁器1内未经过除铁的泥浆排出，等泥浆排净后关闭该阀门5，再打开排渣口2的阀门，对除铁器1进行清洗，将除铁器1内的杂质排出，完毕后关闭该阀门5，为下一次除铁做好准备。
