【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种电连接器的增高结构。
【背景技术】
于2010年4月21日公告的中国专利第CN201440550U号揭示了一种电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子模组、及包覆于绝缘本体外的屏蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体一体式设计,若需要不同尺寸的绝缘本体,则需重新开模制造。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有增高结构的电连接器,使得当客户需要增加电连接器的高度时,尽可能的少开新模、共用旧模,从而降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其包括连接器主体,所述连接器主体包括具有若干对接插口的绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,所述导电端子具有向下延伸的对应端子接脚,所述电连接器还包括位于底部并支持连接器主体的站脚,所述端子接脚贯穿前述站脚设置。
相对于现有技术,所述电连接器还包括站脚,所述站脚与连接器主体相配合,通过对站脚高度的选择,可满足电连接器不同高度的需求,从而连接器主体无需开新模重新制造,这样设计,大大降低了生产成本。
本实用新型的其他具体特征如下:
所述绝缘本体与一现有USB堆叠RJ45的连接器的绝缘本体完全相同。
所述站脚设置有若干向上延伸用以固定于连接器主体的至少四个卡持臂,其中两个卡持臂卡持于连接器主体前侧,两个卡持臂卡持于连接器主体后侧。
所述若干对接插口沿竖直方向堆叠设置,且位于最下方的对接插口为RJ45接口,其底部两侧设有用以与RJ45插头锁扣配合的锁扣块,卡持于连接器主体前侧的两卡持臂卡持于两锁扣块的外侧。
所述卡持臂具有扣钩,所述扣钩自前向后凸出,所述扣钩扣合于所述连接器主体设有的支撑块上,所述支撑块设于所述连接器主体自前端面向后开设的收容槽内,所述连接器主体与一现有连接器主体共用,所述现有连接器主体对应收容槽用于收容LED灯。
所述连接器主体包括端子固定块,所述端子固定块具有若干端子卡持槽,部分前述导电端子自后向前安装于所述端子卡持槽内,所述两个卡持臂自站脚的后侧边缘竖直向上延伸,所述卡持臂具有扣钩,所述扣钩朝侧面方向凸出,所述扣钩扣合于所述端子卡持槽的侧壁上。
另一部分所述导电端子安装固定于端子固定块前侧,两部分导电端子分别延伸进入绝缘本体的两个对接插口内。
所述站脚还具有若干通孔,所述端子接脚贯穿所述通孔与外部电路板配合。
所述电连接器包括屏蔽壳体,所述屏蔽壳体包覆所述连接器主体与所述站脚,所述屏蔽壳体包括前屏蔽壳体与后屏蔽壳体,所述前屏蔽壳体与所述后屏蔽壳体卡扣固持。
所述前屏蔽壳体包括前端壁和自前端壁向两侧弯折形成的两侧壁,所述前屏蔽壳体具有自前端壁下边缘向后弯折延伸的第一卡扣部、及自两侧壁下边缘向内弯折延伸的第二卡扣部,所述站脚的前侧具有与所述第一卡扣部相卡扣配合的第一卡扣槽,所述站脚的相对两侧具有与所述第二卡扣部相卡扣配合的第二卡扣槽。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图7,其所示为符合本实用新型的一种电连接器100,所述电连接器100用以安装于外部电路板(未图示)上,其包括连接器主体200、用以安装于外部电路板上并支持连接器主体200的站脚300、及包覆所述连接器主体200与所述站脚300的屏蔽壳体,所述连接器主体200包括具有若干对接插口的绝缘本体201,所述绝缘本体201与一现有USB堆叠RJ45的连接器的绝缘本体完全相同,所述若干对接插口垂直外部电路板堆叠设置,且最靠近外部电路板的对接插口为RJ45接口2011,所述RJ45接口2011靠近外部电路板的下方两侧设有用以与RJ45插头锁扣配合的锁扣块2013,所述连接器主体200还包括收容于绝缘本体201的若干导电端子与固定所述导电端子的端子固定块205,所述导电端子包括第一端子202、第二端子203及第三端子204,所述端子固定块205具有若干端子卡持槽206,部分前述第三端子自后向前安装于所述端子卡持槽206内,所述第二端子203与第三端子204安装固定于端子固定块205前侧,所述第一端子202与第二端子203延伸进入绝缘本体的RJ45接口内,所述第三端子204延伸进入绝缘本体的USB接口2012内,所述第二端子203与第三端子204具有向下延伸用以连接于前述外部电路板的对应端子接脚。
所述站脚300设置有四根向上延伸用以固定于连接器主体200的卡持臂301,所述卡持臂301具有扣钩3011,其中两个卡持臂301卡持于连接器主体200前侧且卡持于前述两锁扣块2013的外侧,所述扣钩3011自前向后凸出,所述扣钩3011扣合于所述连接器主体200设有的支撑块2015上,所述支撑块2015设于所述连接器主体200自前端面向后开设的收容槽2014内,所述连接器主体200与一现有连接器主体共用,所述现有连接器主体对应收容槽用于收容LED灯。另外两个卡持臂301自站脚300的后侧边缘竖直向上延伸并卡持于连接器主体200后侧,所述扣钩3011朝侧面方向凸出,所述扣钩3011扣合于所述端子卡持槽206的侧壁上。所述站脚300具有若干通孔302,前述端子接脚贯穿所述通孔302与外部电路板配合。所述站脚300的前侧设有一个第一卡扣槽303,所述站脚300的相对两侧分别设有一个第二卡扣槽304。
所述屏蔽壳体包括前屏蔽壳体401与后屏蔽壳体402,所述前屏蔽壳体401与所述后屏蔽壳体402卡扣固持,所述前屏蔽壳体401包括前端壁4011和自前端壁4011向两侧弯折形成的两侧壁4012,所述前屏蔽壳体401具有自前端壁4011下边缘向后弯折延伸的第一卡扣部4013、及自两侧壁4012下边缘向内弯折延伸的第二卡扣部4014,所述第一卡扣部4013与前述第一卡扣槽303相卡扣配合,所述第二卡扣部4014与前述第二卡扣槽304相卡扣配合。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括连接器主体,所述连接器主体包括具有若干对接插口的绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,所述导电端子具有向下延伸的对应端子接脚,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括位于底部并支持连接器主体的站脚,所述端子接脚贯穿前述站脚设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体与一现有USB堆叠RJ45的连接器的绝缘本体完全相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述站脚设置有若干向上延伸用以固定于连接器主体的至少四个卡持臂,其中两个卡持臂卡持于连接器主体前侧,两个卡持臂卡持于连接器主体后侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干对接插口沿竖直方向堆叠设置,且位于最下方的对接插口为RJ45接口,其底部两侧设有用以与RJ45插头锁扣配合的锁扣块,卡持于连接器主体前侧的两卡持臂卡持于两锁扣块的外侧。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持臂具有扣钩,所述扣钩自前向后凸出,所述扣钩扣合于所述连接器主体设有的支撑块上,所述支撑块设于所述连接器主体自前端面向后开设的收容槽内,所述连接器主体与一现有连接器主体共用,所述现有连接器主体对应收容槽用于收容LED灯。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器主体包括端子固定块,所述端子固定块具有若干端子卡持槽,部分前述导电端子自后向前安装于所述端子卡持槽内,所述两个卡持臂自站脚的后侧边缘竖直向上延伸,所述卡持臂具有扣钩,所述扣钩朝侧面方向凸出,所述扣钩扣合于所述端子卡持槽的侧壁上。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:另一部分所述导电端子安装固定于端子固定块前侧,两部分导电端子分别延伸进入绝缘本体的两个对接插口内。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述站脚还具有若干通孔,所述端子接脚贯穿所述通孔与外部电路板配合。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括屏蔽壳体,所述屏蔽壳体包覆所述连接器主体与所述站脚,所述屏蔽壳体包括前屏蔽壳体与后屏蔽壳体,所述前屏蔽壳体与所述后屏蔽壳体卡扣固持。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述前屏蔽壳体包括前端壁和自前端壁向两侧弯折形成的两侧壁,所述前屏蔽壳体具有自前端壁下边缘向后弯折延伸的第一卡扣部、及自两侧壁下边缘向内弯折延伸的第二卡扣部,所述站脚的前侧具有与所述第一卡扣部相卡扣配合的第一卡扣槽,所述站脚的相对两侧具有与所述第二卡扣部相卡扣配合的第二卡扣槽。
