[0002]目前变电站室内进行设备检修时，要使用警戒带将检修设备与运行设备隔离。现在使用的室内伸缩式警戒带具有一个重约二十斤左右的底盘，在底盘上安有绝缘杆，绝缘杆上安有警戒带抽头。在搬运时，底盘重量大，与底盘摩擦明显，拖拽相当不便，而且变电站室内空间有限，更增加了拖曳警戒带的工作难度，同时搬运过程中易造成误碰运行设备和人身伤害。目前，还没有一种移动方便灵活，省时省力的伸缩式警戒带。
