 本实用新型涉及一种沥青洒布车,特别是一种新型沥青循环和洒布机构控制装置。 
背景技术
随着我国经济的起飞,公路建设同步迅猛的发展,沥青洒布车需求量大增, 简易沥青洒布车广泛应用于城镇公路、市政公路养护中的沥青洒布車,其销售价格低廉,操作简单,使用维护方便。深受城镇公路养护部门欢迎。简易沥青洒布车在修路时,沥青加热和沥青洒布需用内循环阀和洒布阀控制。目前在国内都是设置三个阀分别控制,国内简易沥青洒布车内循环阀安装在上平台上,据施工要求,需加热时,关闭洒布阀,打开内循环阀,方可点燃燃烧器,启动沥青泵,使沥青在罐内循环。沥青洒布时,关闭内循环阀,打开洒布阀,开始沥青洒布。故操作时需爬上罐顶,再爬下来,不仅劳动强度大,而且不易同步,易造成物料损失和对沥青泵造成封闭启动。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供 一种新型沥青循环和洒布机构控制装置。可以实现一阀操作即可控制沥青的内循环和洒布。不仅操作简单,维护方便,而且可以同步转换,降低了洒布成本。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,包括沥青输出管、内循环管、内循环连接管、L型三通阀、连接洒布杆。其特征是,沥青输出管左端与沥青泵出口连接,右端穿过沥青罐,与L型三通阀连接;内循环连接管下端与L型三通阀上法兰连接;内循环管与内循环连接管连接。弯管伸入沥青罐;连接洒布杆与L型三通阀下端连接,通向洒布杆;形成一阀控制内循环和洒布机构。 
本实用新型的优点是,可以实现一阀操作即可控制沥青的内循环和洒布。不仅操作简单,维护方便,而且可以同步转换,降低了洒布成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实施例做进一步说明 
由图1-3可知,沥青输出管(1)左端与沥青泵出口连接,右端穿过沥青罐,与L型三通阀(4)连接;内循环连接管(3)下端与L型三通阀(4)上法兰连接;内循环管(2)与内循环连接管连接。弯管伸入沥青罐(6);连接洒布杆(5)与L型三通阀(4)下端连接,通向洒布杆;L型三通阀开关设置三个位置:内循环位置,洒布位置,关闭位置。
使用方法如下:沥青加热时;将L型三通阀开关设置在内循环位置,沥青泵将罐内沥青抽出,通过L型三通阀(4),内循环连接管(3)、内循环管(2)、流回罐内。形成沥青在沥青罐内的循环。避免沥青局部过热,提高沥青加热速度。 
工作状态(沥青洒布);将L型三通阀开关设置在洒布位置,沥青泵将罐内沥青抽出,通过L型三通阀(4),连接洒布杆(5)流向洒布杆。打开喷嘴阀门,即可进行沥青洒布。 
工作停止状态:将L型三通阀开关设置在关闭位置,设备处于停止状态, 
沥青输出管(1)左端与沥青泵出口连接,右端穿过沥青罐,与L型三通阀(4)连接;内循环连接管(3)下端与L型三通阀(4)上法兰连接;内循环管(2)与内循环连接管连接。弯管伸入沥青罐;连接洒布杆(5)与L型三通阀(4)下端连接,通向洒布杆;形成一阀控制内循环和洒布机构。

1.一种新型沥青循环和洒布机构控制装置,包括沥青输出管、内循环管、内循环连接管、L型三通阀、连接洒布杆,其特征是,沥青输出管左端与沥青泵出口连接,右端穿过沥青罐,与L型三通阀连接;内循环连接管下端与L型三通阀上法兰连接;内循环管与内循环连接管连接;弯管伸入沥青罐;连接洒布杆与L型三通阀下端连接,通向洒布杆。
