本实用新型涉及的是一种双层生物培养瓶,这种双层生物培养瓶由瓶体、瓶盖、内筒、支架构成,瓶盖与瓶体在瓶口处螺纹连接,瓶体的底部固定有支架,内筒插入支架中并与支架固定连接,支架由圆形的圈体和圈体下的支腿一体形成;内筒为两端开放的筒体。本实用新型瓶体以及内筒形成的双层结构,增加了微生物的培养面积,可使微生物产量大幅提高,另外,由于内筒与支架插接,内筒是可以拆卸下来的,可方便地对内筒进行清洗。

一、     技术领域:
本实用新型涉及的是生物组织培养技术中使用的培养瓶,具体涉及的是一种双层生物培养瓶。
二、背景技术:
在微生物地培养过程中,经常会使用培养瓶,现有技术中的培养瓶有玻璃材质的瓶体和瓶盖构成,瓶体具有顶部开口,此开口为瓶口,瓶盖与瓶体在瓶口处螺纹连接,实现瓶口的封闭。微生物生长时会挂附在瓶体内壁,但由于瓶体内壁面积有限,导致微生物的产量受限,难以大批量培养。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双层生物培养瓶,这种双层生物培养瓶用于解决现有培养瓶培养面积小的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种双层生物培养瓶由瓶体、瓶盖、内筒、支架构成,瓶盖与瓶体在瓶口处螺纹连接,瓶体的底部固定有支架,内筒插入支架中并与支架固定连接,支架由圆形的圈体和圈体下的支腿一体形成;内筒为两端开放的筒体。
上述方案中支架的圈体中设置有环形的插槽,内筒插入支架的插槽中。
上述方案中支架与瓶体是一体的,且支架设置在瓶体底部的中心处。
有益效果:
本实用新型瓶体以及内筒形成的双层结构,增加了微生物的培养面积,可使微生物产量大幅提高,另外,由于内筒与支架插接,内筒是可以拆卸下来的,可方便地对内筒进行清洗。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
如图1所示,这种双层生物培养瓶由瓶体1、瓶盖2、内筒3、支架4构成,瓶盖2与瓶体1在瓶口处螺纹连接,瓶体1的瓶口与瓶体的直径是相等的,瓶体1的底部固定有支架4,内筒3固定在支架4上,瓶体1和内筒3形成双层结构。支架4与瓶体1是一体的,且支架4设置在瓶体1底部的中心处。
参阅图2,支架4由圆形的圈体和圈体下的支腿一体形成,本实施方式中支腿有四个,沿圈体下部均匀设置,以增强支架4的稳固性。
参阅图3,内筒3为两端开放的筒体。支架4的圈体中设置有环形的插槽,内筒3插入支架4的插槽中,当需要清洗时,可将内筒3从支架4上拔下来,清洗后再将内筒3插到支架4上即可。
由于支架4由圈体和支腿构成,使内筒3的下部空间是开放的,可以便于空气和营养物质的流动。
