笔筒是最常用的文具之一，传统的笔筒其筒身与筒底是一个整体，并且筒身细长，这样会导致在存放笔具的过程中，大量的灰尘沉降到筒底上，因此要定期的清洗笔筒，否则会污染笔具影响人们的健康，而清洗筒身内部及筒底又非常不方便。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统笔筒的不足，提供一种能方便清洗的新型笔筒。
为实现上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
一种新型笔筒，包括筒身与筒底，筒身分为上段筒身和下段筒身，上段筒身为一段圆筒，上段筒身的高度大于下段筒身的高度，下段筒身与筒底为一个整体，下段筒身的外径小于上段筒身的内径，上段筒身和下段筒身套接在一起。

在正常使用本新型笔筒时，把上段筒身11和下段筒身12套接在一起即可；当需要清洗筒身内部及筒底的灰尘时，则把上段筒身11和下段筒身12拆解开，就可以方便的清洗了。
