所述的筒体的高度为笔筒本体的高度的三分之一到二分之一，从而使笔筒稳定性较高。

2.如权利要求1所述的笔筒，其特征在于：所述的筒体(3)的高度为笔筒本体(1)的高度的三分之一到二分之一。
